Challenging The Future Road Map For Year 2020 ___________________________ STRATEGY & PLANNING

Presented by:

The meeting with Energy Commission’s officer from Renewable Energy section on Tuesday, 22 nd October 2019 clearing the facts that: • Energy Commission will propose for wind quota to be included in Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) and later be gazette under SEDA for bidding. • A proof of concept on the availability of power of wind energy in Malaysia must be made known to Energy Commission for the wind quota to be open for bidding. • Energy Commission is anticipated about ElQuator's wind technologies as it is not like the traditional wind turbine. • The chances for ElQuator Malaysia to dominate this segment is HUGE since there is no other player in Malaysia have technology that can produce wind energy.

ENERGY COMMISSION ALLOWANCE

According to Energy Commission, any system installed that produces electricity below 72kWh is allowed without a license. It is for self-consumption. The same applies to a country like India and the Philippines. With the allocation for that, it is easy to put ElQuator’s system anywhere that requires cheaper electricity tariff and a power supply. With the attractive price per kilo-watt hours offered, it will be a rosy journey for everybody.

BELOW 72kW SCHEME

ElQuator has planned an attractive business module that will benefit all, the investors, our distributors, and the end-users. (Please find the booklet in the folder)

PLANNING &TARGET

Starting now until 1 st April 2020, target of 25 units wind energy system will be established on top of high-rises building around Kuala Lumpur. The first installed is on top of 30 storeys MKH Boulevard in Kajang.

This is to create a case study and proof of concept in a way to push through and presented to EC for establishment of wind quota under FiT exercise.

The next in line for the installation will be:

Damai 88 @ Kuala Lumpur – 21 storeys

Serin Residency @ Cyberjaya – 30 storeys

Mutiara Oriental @ Petaling Jaya, Selangor – 18 storeys

MKH Boulevard II @ Kajang - 42 storeys

MKH World @ Kajang - TBA MKH Hillpark Residence @ Semenyih – 24 storeys

ElQuator has set the target to have 500 installations under 72kWh system for the next 36 months starting January 2020 on high rise buildings nationwide.

To push through to EC for a wind energy quota, ElQuator will establish a case study according to all high-rise installations. This will show that with the latest technologies, energy can be generated by wind.

To add to the establishment a proof of concept for EC,WindValley by ElQuator will also be the showcase project.

PROOF OF CONCEPT

With that, there will be no reason for EC not to take into consideration to start quota for wind energy to be included into SEDA Renewable Energy program.

EC is aware on the chances of other energy system besides solar but up until now to have any establishment from the proof-of-concept

THE ENERGYVALLEY BY ELQUATOR

Equipped with the approved Power System Studies by TNB and next- door power transfer to TNB’s power main injection, it is very easy to establish the connection.

With 7.5 acres of land in Johor, the valley will have stand-alone micro- hydro and vertical windmills installed to produce electricity.

Energy Commission then will get to see living proof of concept on the stand-alone micro-hydro and vertical windmill system on how easy and workable it can be.

Malaysia will somehow open to the technologies and it will be a fruitful way in the year ahead.

VIETNAM Vietnam’s Government is very keen to form an alliance with ElQuator for capturing the Renewable Energy market demand with a Joint-Venture setup.Their plan is to cater and provide electricity to the whole nation. This is agreed byVietnam's EnergyVice-Minister. A complete proposal will be drafted to proceed with the arrangement and planning.

The possible meeting will be arranged withVietnam's EnergyVice-Minister soonest possible to further discuss on the Joint-Venture arrangement.

Vietnamese Government has set the target for Renewable Energy electricity production is 10 per cent by 2030. To meet the growing demand, Vietnam needs 60,000MW of electricity by 2020, 96,500MW by 2025, and 129,500MW by 2030.To do so, the country needs to increase its installed capacity by 6,000MW – 7,000MW annually and spend close to US$148 billion by 2030.

With electricity demand projected to increase by eight percent annually until 2025; the government is moving forward to develop renewable energy sources to ensure energy security and addressing the growing power demand. Small hydro makes up most of the current renewable investment inVietnam with 37.6% and total of 15,857MW.

VIETNAM

With planning for Vietnam will come through, it is best to understand that the initiative is done by ElQuator’s team's effort.

Therefore, Mr. Gérard Lori will not be part of the arrangement as from now on,Vietnam’s Government will work closely, hand in hand with ElQuator’s team.

Mr. Gérard Lori did not further initiate the interest from Vietnam and with that, Mr. Henrik Pryter will not hand over any commission to him. He cannot claim anything as this is not his work.

Thank you Presented by:
