Emily’s energy and personality are infectious She has made an immense impact on both Hub Baton Rouge and Trinity since joining our team As Leasing Manager, Emily wears multiple hats, and her success has extended far beyond just leasing She energizes the social media accounts with great resident events, activities, and profiles on our team and residents She treats every resident with immense

Alyssa is very valuable to every Trinity property She does a lot more than what her title suggests She manages the Vendor Café help desk and is the face behind the email – VendorSetup@Trinity-pm com She is the one that reviews and approves all vendor paperwork and works with vendors when they want to join Vendor Café or update their information Eachmonth, she is looking at hundreds of W9s, insurance certs, and our company compliance documents to make sure everything is in order Every property and everyone in Accounts Payable rely on her so we can get our jobs done Aside fromvendors, she reviews and approves all P-Card expenses, manages the Monday com boards, and assists with all CCPA requests She has a lot on her plate but gets it all done with attention to detail and great customer service She is truly a vital part of our organization and we are very lucky to have her on our team

Chris Alicea Regional Facilities Manager, West Texas Team

Joe Bednarcyk Facilities Manager, ReNew at Polo Parkway

Chris is such an integral part of the West Texas team’s success during the crazy year we call 2020 He led 17 communities into an outstanding comeback when our team’s workloads began to stack up due to the months we were unable to work on service requests Chris put together a team for completing service requests in a timely manner along with interviews, community inspections, and searching for mysterious water leaks He is astounding!

Joe’s performance has been nothing short of stellar since joining Trinity He is a team player and a great leader who is willing to take on a challenge His work ethic speaks volumes, and this shows by the appearance of his community The future is bright for Joe and we at Trinity are so happy to have him on the West Texas team

Melissa Chime Campus Recruiter and Internship ProgramCoordinator, Corporate Melissa joined our team one year ago and what a year it has been! Upon joining the team, she was tasked with the very important initiative of increasing our campus recruiting reach and the size of our internship overall Halfway through her first recruiting season, she was faced with pivoting from in-person recruiting to an all-virtual environment With a lot of creativity, teamwork, and an abundance

Kelly Gracie Community Manager, ULake Apartments

Kelly Gracie just celebrated her 5-year anniversary with Trinity this month She has been an incredible leader as the Community Manager at ULake Apartments and has led her team through a challenging period of uncertainty in our university campus markets during COVID-19 What makes Kelly unique is when you walk the property with her, it is impossible to go more than a minute without hearing a “Hey, Kelly!” from afar as a resident is excited to give a friendly wave and hello She knows her residents by name and excels at showing compassion and care for the ULake community She is what makes living at ULakememorable and if you asked anyone on her team, they would say the exact same thing! Anda joined the Trinity Family just over a year ago as an Assistant Manager Within this short time, she has navigated many community challenges regarding delinquency and residential concerns, trained 2 leasing consultants, and aided the new Community Manager in adjusting to the Trinity way of doing things at her community in Rancho Cucamonga In December, Anda was promoted to Community Manager of a new acquisition and has steadily grown occupancy from89% to 98%with a trend of 99% She had to hire a new Leasing Consultant and Maintenance Technician and worked out of a temporary leasing office while the community began renovations Her community went from not achieving monthly income budget to exceeding income budget by $9K in April 2020 With Anda’s leadership, she has engaged residents to embrace the ReNewway of doing things and gained their participation inModern

Juan always goes above and beyond in his work Even when not officially on-call, we can count on him to help out after-hours Juan always has a smile on his face and offers kindness to fellow employees as well as residents We are so happy he is on our team! Thank you for everything, Juan!

Olga was moved out of her office for a little over two months, but she never once had a negative outlook on being moved She wrapped her hands around the move and continued to lease apartments Olga always has a positive attitude, and she faces challenges head on Olga is also a mentor to our sister sites due to her knowledge of LURA We can all depend on Olga and know she will get the job done

Patrick has been a huge asset to this property and to Trinity Property Consultants He has worked through some very challenging moments that may have required him to work long hours with no complaints or negative attitudes He always has a smile on his face and brings nothing but joy and success to the table here at Trinity Patrick, thank you for everything you do!

51/2 years ago, Alan was hired as a Leasing Consultant with very little experience in the industry He flourished in this role and was then promoted to Assistant Manager within the first couple of years We’re very proud to say he’s been recently promoted to be the Community Manager at Renew 3030! Over the years, Alan has worked under Lisa Bergeron at ten different properties in AZ and he has assisted special projects in Northern California and Minnesota Simply said, Alan is a rock star and we’re beyond grateful to have him as a part of the AZ team!

Kaitlyn always has a can-do attitude and is ready to help wherever needed She has assisted at many of our sister properties to help get them compliant on Monday com, helped with invoices and admin work when other teams are in need, and has volunteered her Facilities Team several times to help at other sites with high volumes of work orders and move-ins Kaitlyn has a sunny disposition and embodies the spirit of “one team, one goal” We are so blessed to have her on our team!

Adriana has been an instrumental member of the team by helping build out the infrastructure on the east coast for growth During her first year of employment with us, she completed 8 takeovers, built out a support department that provides the Regional Managers and sites with a resource for training, and created a support structure program for sites that are in need of help due to staffing shortages

Airiana Mitchell & Julio Garcia Area Manager and Leasing Consultant, Arrive Buckhead

These two have done an exceptional job holding down the fort for the last several months without the full-fledged support of a Community Manager They have taken the initiative to continue business in this new norm, think outside the box for ways to improve the property, and handled a recent apartment fire without any hesitation They provide exceptional customer service on the daily, truly care for our residents, and take great pride in their work We appreciate them greatly!

Caleb is a talented technician that blends expedited and thorough service with compassion and education Caleb has continued to demonstrate a passion for resident satisfaction by identifying practical solutions for common problems Many residents at The Social West Ames praise Caleb for his dedication to their needs and well-being He recently showcased all his greatest attributes by receiving an after-hours call for a leak and staying in the apartment all night to preserve the resident’s belongings while waiting for plumbers to auger the line The Social West Ames is a better place with Caleb on the property!

Jessica has been with Trinity just about a year and a half and quickly became her Regional’s right hand Jessica will often take the role of an Area Manager without request and has been instrumental in onboarding several new Community Managers in her Regional’s portfolios Throughout Jessica’s tenure, 4 promotions came directly from her team In the last 5 months, her community has achieved the highest monthly income of the last 2 years, regardless of the COVID pandemic and closing each month with high delinquency, over $75K Jessica’s focus on her team and operations is unparalleled Jessica has created a work family with her team; they genuinely care for each other, whether it’s taking someone to the doctor or the market if they are having car troubles Jessica works hard with her team and is not the behind the desk/closed door type of Manager Her commitment extends beyond The Belaire and even the Inland Empire as Jessica’s support spans over 150 miles down to San Diego County!

Erika Read Lease Administrator, Red Tail Acquisitions, LLC

Erika started with the company in February 2019, coming on board as a Lease Administrator in our Irvine Corporate Office Erika quickly became an expert in understanding and implementing commercial tenant lease language, providing support to Red Tail’s Regional Managers, Leasing, and Asset Management departments When her supervisor, Marlena Widera, left for maternity leave in March of this year, Erika stepped up to provide coverage by expanding her responsibilities When COVID-19 followed shortly thereafter, Erika once again stepped up her duties by helping to design and administer our commercial tracking sheet to accurately monitor tenant rent payments and rent deferral agreements Erika is a teamplayer, and her positive attitude and hard work is greatly appreciated by all who work with her

Nichole Rodriguez Leasing Agent, Arrive Buckhead

Nichole is a Trinity veteran, but she joined the Arrive Buckhead team on September 10, 2020 Since that day, even with our doors closed to the public, she has been a LEASING BEAST! Nichole has had secured a total of 34 move-ins to date She is consistently focused on leasing She gets joy out of checking our box score after each move-in so that she can shout out the occupancy growth, leased, or trend growth When Nichole arrived at our little community, we were 89% occupied and at 85% trend I must say that there was high team effort in getting the numbers up The Leasing team, the Assistant Manager, the Facilities team, and I all worked tirelessly to lease-up our community but Nichole’s efforts to close on every prospect was both amazing and an obvious measurable path to the community’s success Kudos, Nichole!

Erin is hands down the best boss &mentor I could ever ask for We get the most unconditional support from her on a regular basis She always has our back She always answers her phone regardless of how busy she is She responds to texts and emails as quickly as possible She doesn’t micro-manage She is an excellent leader, who leads by example She truly goes above and beyond every day for her Managers and she lets us know just how much our efforts are appreciated I never want to work for another Regional Thank you, Erin!

Laura Shraideh Community Manager, The Arlington

Laura is always lining up and knocking out tasks and doing her best to improve, learn, and grow as a Community Manager She did an outstanding job at her first property as a Manager and didn’t skip a beat as she was promoted to a larger property with new challenges! She’s rallying her team to clean shared spaces and hallways, paint, and even learned to resurface counters herself during the COVID-19 pandemic But wait, there’s more! She’s cleaning up Monday com, always auditing Entrata, and looking for ways to spend less and collect more She has been able to achieve the highest collections ever collected at this community We are so proud and thankful to have Laura as a constant beacon of positivity, resilience, and spirit

Danielle Stimac Community Manager, ReNew Aurora
