AM I LIMITED TO PLACING ONE BULK ORDER?

HOW DO I SEND MY CORPORATE LOGO TO PGA?

NO. You may place as many orders as you wish as long as the minimum quantities for the product(s) are met. MAY I SHIP MY ORDER TO SOUTHERN HILLS COUNTRY CLUB? NO. All items ordered will be delivered to your office, home, or address of your choice. This allows you to inspect logos and review inventory counts to ensure the orders placed are correct. GIFT DISTRIBUTION IDEAS Drop ship to guest homes or businesses in advance of the Championship. Distribute in guest hotel or at an off-site event during Championship Week.

UPLOAD YOUR LOGO FILES IN ORDER FORM M. Upload the logo files in the following formats (if available): JPEG, EPS, DST or AI. Include any specific PMS colors your logo requires (can be noted on order Form M). WHAT ARE THE SET-UP FEES? You will be charged a ONE‑TIME $75 LOGO SET UP FEE for your corporate logo. ONCE I SEND MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS? PGA will produce an ORDER CONFIRMATION ("OC") and email it to you. The OC will show all details of your order and will require your signature for final approval. It is imperative you review all details of this OC carefully. Once you sign and return the OC, we will then send your order into production. WILL I SEE PROOFS OF MY CORPORATE LOGO BEFORE PRODUCTION? YES. Once your order is placed, each vendor will create a digital logo proof for your review and approval within two (2) to four (4) weeks. The PGA will email you these proofs upon receipt. WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? PGA Finance will EMAIL YOU AN INVOICE shortly after you formally sign the OC.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE?

YES. We highly encourage you to place orders in advance of the deadline to allow you time to receive the merchandise and correct any unforeseen issues. All items are custommade on-demand and no items are pre-produced with the PGA logo. Therefore, lead times are extremely important even if selecting the PGA logo only.

CAN I PLACE ORDERS AFTER THE DEADLINE?

YES. We are happy to assist with orders after the deadline and post event. The deadline simply ensures you will receive products by Championship week. Orders placed after the deadline are not guaranteed to ship prior to the Championship.

SAVE THE DATE, RSVP REMINDERS & EVENT INFORMATION TIPS WHEN COMMUNICATING • BE SPECIFIC - When sending a "You're Invited" email invitation, a few items to be clear include: What day(s) guest is invited? How many tickets will be offered? Does the invitation include Juniors? What is the deadline for the guest to RSVP (before you move to the next guest on the wait list)? • FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION - For those who RSVP "Yes", an additional email might include: request the name(s) of any +guests, when tickets will be sent, request for shirt size, if there is a need for accommodations, any special invitations (golf or company dinner), etc. • C OMPANY CONTACT INFORMATION - Best to include contact information should a guest need your assistance. You may choose to designate a specific individual(s) to send out guest communications, track RSVPs and manage the master guest list.
