Celebrating 30 Years of Growth This month, we celebrated our 30th anniversary as a turn-key industrial contractor. Congratulations to Lee Contracting and all its shareholders that have helped build this company to what it is today. When I joined the company 14 years ago, I worked on a Sales team alongside two others. Today, we have nine Sales teams which are made up of Account Managers, Project Managers, and Administrative Assistants. These teams are responsible for continuing to grow our customer base and secure projects. This task can sometimes prove to be a challenge in this industry, but by working closely with our Operations teams to develop the best method to achieve our customers’ needs and the hard work of our talented

ESOP Corner

On Friday, August 23, we held our 5th Annual ESOP Event. This annual event is always a special time for Lee Contracting because it is a day when we get all of our employees together to review the past year and our goals for the future. This year was exceptionally special because we celebrated our 30th anniversary as a company. Special thank you to those who helped with the planning, set up, clean up, and everyone who was able to attend. Thank you to our guest speakers, Nick Adamy from Adamy Valuation, Michelle Bowman from Crowe, Rob Barrick , Chairman of the Board, Fred Cauley , CFO, Perry Williams , Director of HR, Lisa Mullins , Controller, and Mike Cieslak , our event’s MC. A special thank you to our Fabrication department for designing and creating the complimentary bottle openers which everyone received in their welcome bags and the Marketing department for the custom water bottles and mugs. In order to continue the rapid rate of growth we have developed over the last 30 years requires the constant acquisition of new customers and projects. This is where our Business Development and Marketing teams come in. Our Marketing team is responsible for the branding and public presence of Lee Contracting, including online, in print, and at various industry trade shows. Our Business Development team plays a key role in our sales efforts by bringing in new business to drive revenue and keep our employees working. I am very proud to represent the LIC logo on my vehicle and shirt. It seems that everywhere I go someone knows us or has worked with us. I hope that everyone in this company knows that they are a contributing factor to our success. Not only with the leads you bring to our Sales team, but also the hard work, impressive results, and the positive impression our work and our employees leave behind.
