Recognizing a Year of Growth and Connection Celebrating 2021
Merry Christmas and happy New Year from the entire CHB team! They call this season the most wonderful time of the year for
a reason; it’s a season for reflection, appreciation, and connection with those who have a big role in our lives. It’s an opportunity to enjoy life at a slower pace and indulge in some fantastic holiday food, too. And during this season, while we fill up on delicious baked goods, we can’t help but be filled with gratitude and appreciation for everyone we partnered with this past year. Thank you for your business in 2021, and we are very appreciative of those who referred or sent business our way in the past year. To

and partnership with many of our brokers. It’s been an honor to foster greater relationships and opportunities for the people we serve. In particular, the Broker Weekend was great fun (and informative), and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
On site, we were able to do a few building upgrades that have created a better work environment for employees. Most notably, we added concrete to the parking lot to cover the gravel that was previously there, and we added a sidewalk for easier front- door access. We don’t have to worry about sweating in the afternoons, either! We added tinted windows to the office to block those hot rays of sunlight in the afternoon. We also added an upgraded fire system, and we added some new artwork. It really spruces up the place! As we enter 2022, we can’t help but wonder what the new year will bring. After continually making post-pandemic strides, greater connections to our brokers, and improved working conditions for our employees, it’s hard not to be excited about what’s in store for 2022. We can’t wait to build on this year’s accomplishments and continue doing more for our brokers and our team. We hope you and yours have a healthy, happy, and very merry holiday season. May it be filled with family and a bounty of good times, good food, and even better memories.

It’s a great gift, and we cannot thank you enough. As we celebrate the end of another year, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention a few of the accomplishments we achieved in 2021. Looking back on the past 365 days was nothing short of nostalgic, and it’s amazing to see how far we have grown in just one year. This was a pivotal year for planning and development. We created and implemented a five-year plan that we are confident will help CHB grow. We also launched an exciting trailer-only finance special, recognizing a tremendous need among our brokers for specialty deals and offers for their clientele. These were exciting new additions to our lineup of services. We also provided greater connection to our brokers in 2021! Thanks to our third planned — technically second annual because of the pandemic — Broker Weekend and sharing quarterly broker >Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 4
