JOB DESCRIPTION Residential Property Manager Reports to: Head of Residential Management
Appointed as a dedicated Residential Property Management Professional, you will act as the conduit between the occupier and owner on behalf of the Managing Agent (Metrus), advising on all residential estate related matters. Duties and required experience are as follows: Residential Estate Management • Ensure the commercial running of the estate on behalf of the owner with the end user in mind at all times. • Coordinate the maintenance of and employ contractors to maintain or repair properties. • Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety legislation, regulations and best practice. • System compliance.
