Andrea Keeley joins the Acrisure team after spending several years in both consulting and in-house HR roles in Chicago and Grand Rapids. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration in Management and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations and is currently Lominger-certified. Before joining Acrisure, Andrea worked in benefits administration at Hewitt Associates and then transitioned into IT roles before landing back in Human Resources in the Higher Education and Professional Services industries. She has a track record of developing solid HR programs and processes in the areas of performance management, human resources information systems, compensation, and talent acquisition. As Senior Human Resources Consultant for Acrisure, Andrea’s main focus is to consult with Agency Partners and their clients on Human Resources-related matters including the FMLA and other forms of employee leave, ADA, Wage and Hour, and all forms of discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues.

Jeremy Hertz, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, joins the Acrisure team from Agency Partner Alltrust Insurance, based in Palm Harbor, Florida. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, a Master of Science Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida. He also holds a 2-15 Health & Life Agent License in Florida and has over 15 years of experience in labor and employment law and Human Resources. Jeremy began his career practicing law for Ford & Harrison, LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, before moving into the Associate General Counsel role in the legal department of a national non-profit educational system with approximately 1,500 employees. After several years in the legal department, Jeremy moved into the VP of Human Resources position at the same employer and spent almost six years leading that department, until joining Alltrust in 2015. As Senior Deputy General Counsel and Director of HR Consulting for Acrisure, Jeremy’s main focus is to consult with Agency Partners and their clients on employee benefits and Human Resources-related matters including the Affordable Care Act, FMLA and other forms of employee leave, ADA, COBRA, Wage and Hour, and all forms of discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues. He also trains client and industry groups, and actively participates in the marketing and sales process to prospective clients.

Colleen Gole, JD, joined Acrisure in 2018. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University. Before joining Acrisure, Colleen worked as Director of Compliance for a third party administrator where she advised clients on all matters involving health and welfare benefit compliance, including: the creation and customization of ERISA plan documents and amendments, COBRA, HIPAA, Form 5500 filings, and ACA reporting preparation and consultation. She routinely prepared articles and presentations aimed at informing clients of the changing laws and regulations impacting their employee benefit plans. As Senior Associate General Counsel at Acrisure, Colleen’s focus is to provide ongoing support and assistance to Agency Partners and their clients in order to help them achieve their employee benefit compliance objectives and obligations.

Deborah Hyde, JD, joins the Acrisure team from Agency Partner Filice Insurance based in San Jose, California. In her role as ERISA Counsel with Filice, Deborah advised employer-clients of all sizes on matters of health and welfare plan compliance, including the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, IRC Sections 125 and 105(h), and wellness programs. Prior to her time at Filice, Deborah served as Associate General Counsel at a leading ESOP institutional trustee where she managed investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor and lent internal support on issues of federal and state compliance regulations, fiduciary duties, and risk management. Deborah received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas. As Deputy General Counsel and Director of Benefits Consulting at Acrisure, Deborah’s focus is to assist employer-clients in navigating the increasingly complex environment of employee benefits compliance with an eye towards creativity and efficiency. She also works with Agency Partners to offer compliance training and sales support.

Rosalind Thompson joined Acrisure in 2019. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies Human Resources with a minor in Sociology from Michigan State University. Before joining Acrisure, Rosalind worked as a Compliance Administrator for a third party administrator. She assisted brokers and employers with various compliance services, including the drafting of ERISA plan documents, summary plan descriptions, summary of material modifications, and annual benefit notices; the preparation of Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer reporting; and conducting dependent eligibility verification audits. As Compliance Services Coordinator for Acrisure, Rosalind’s main focus is to support and consult with clients and Agency Partners on the reporting and disclosure mandates under ERISA. She is also involved in the administration and deployment of other compliance programs and services.

Devan Levandoski joins the Acrisure team from an Agency Partner, Acrisure Benefits Group (ABG), where she was the Vice President and Practice Leader. Over the last fifteen years, Devan has consulted with employers in all areas of employee benefits, including compliance. Before joining ABG, Devan worked in Human Resources, specializing in compensation and benefits for a large service employer in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After graduating from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management, Devan worked for a local benefits firm, consulting with clients of all industries and sizes. After five years, Devan went to work at one of the world’s largest global benefits consulting firms, where she held the position of Assistant Vice President. Devan is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Association for Human Resource Management (AHRM) and the Human Resource Group (HRG). Devan is licensed in Life, Accident and Health insurance in Michigan. As Director of Programs and Projects for Acrisure, Devan’s main focus is the development of products and services, work-flow management, and consulting with Agency Partners.
