Extension and evaluation both center on getting useful information to people - Michael Quinn Patton, Journal of Extension, 1983
Welcome to Extension Evaluation Matters (or E2M). The name, E2M, has a double meaning. This e-fieldbook is a resource for all Extension professionals about the matters of Extension evaluation, such as planning and implementing an evaluation project.
