How the "flash bicolor" effect is created
The flash mirroring reflects a specific colour.
The complementary colour is allowed through and "mixes" with the basic colour of the lens; a colour change occurs. The slight tint in the lower part of the lens makes the change more pronounced, resulting in the "flash bicolor" effect.

Specific example
With a flash pink, the reflected colour is pink and the complementary colour green. So, from the combination of flash pink and a black gradient, a "flash bicolor" of pink/green is created.
With mirroring, there is always a colour change
Flash Red (FLR) + Black 85/10%
Flash Red (FLR) + Black 50/10%
The colour seen through the lens, which results from the colour change, does not correspond to the colour shown in the order. The more intense the flash colour, the greater the difference.
