Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Morgan is intimately fami l iar with Houston and its surrounding areas. She graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2019, majoring in Leadership & Athletic Management as wel l as playing on the university’s Vol leybal l team. During her down time, she spends time with friends and fami ly, and sti l l avidly plays Vol leybal l . Before beginning a career in real estate, Morgan was learning to become a chi ldren’s pastor at The Woodlands Church. A career which taught her how to interact and understand people from al l different walks of l ife.

As the Kecia & Arlene Properties Group's marketing manager, Kyle Emmott is indispensable to the team's seamless operations and efficiency. His passion for real estate and for helping people, coupled with his excel lent communication ski l ls, make him a go-to resource for the entire group. Kyle earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Texas State University. Prior to real estate, he formed his attention to detai l and talent for organization in on-air, production and promotions roles in local radio, including the TXST station KTSW 89.9 and Houston's ESPN station. Helping people find the perfect new home, whether it's their first time or their tenth, is her true passion. Born in Spain and educated in Germany, Monica is fluent in Engl ish, German and Spanish. Before entering the real estate field, she worked as a tri l ingual legal secretary in the international gas and tax sectors. She credits those roles with sol idifying her broad business acumen, superb cl ient service and deep fami l iarity with contracts and negotiations. Monica's notable ski l lset and warm personal ity make her an outstanding al ly for any Houston buyer. Talented designer Arlene "Len" Adams combines a passion for graphics with a l ifelong interest in architecture and real estate in her role as the marketing design assistant for the Kecia & Arlene Properties Group. Len earned an associate's degree in architecture technology and a bachelor's degree in graphics technology in her native Phi l ippines. She then worked as a CAD designer in Dubai 's yacht interior design industry for eight years. Later, Len received a certification in interior design and a real estate l icense, and she leveraged those ski l ls as a home bui lder's design assistant after immigrating to the U.S. in 2015.
