Keep hands and nails clean and neatly manicured. Nails should be no longer than 0.5cm beyond the tip of the fingers. (This includes acrylic nails).
Avoid biting nails as this will result in unhealthy looking nails and it is not a healthy habit.
Neutral or clear nail polish is easier to maintain than darker colours. Avoid extremely dark or bright colours.
If you can, get in the habit of topping up your manicure by applying a clear top coat daily. Your nails will grow long and strong, and chipping of the polish will be minimal. Using a hand cream will help you to have healthier nails and better looking hands. Henna decorated hands are not permitted.
