RECAP Project Team Huddle - Mentorship Program 15 October 2020

Dear Project Leaders,

It has been a pleasure to re-connect with

everybody during our mentorship program call on 15 October 2020. As out next steps we shall focus on hereunder task assignments to be completed prior to our ensuing call which has been scheduled as follows:

Based on the previous call we defined 5 main work streams to work on

• The following questions had been discussed:  Checklist on essentials: What Essentials do we need in place for mentoring program? (Discussed already)

 How do we decide on the program participants? Who will our mentors be, any criteria? (Discussed already)

 How do we select our mentees, any criteria? Do they apply for the program or are they nominated? (Discussed already)

 What ongoing support do we need to provide to the mentees and/or mentors? (Discussed already)

 What are some questions we can include in post program evaluation to further measure the effectiveness of the mentorship program? (Discussed already)

POINTS TO BE DISCUSSED ON 26 OCTOBER 2020

As our first next steps, each project leader are to provide their ideas to the following pre-work

• The following questions to be discussed:  Can we foresee any pitfalls or challenges

 How do we ensure continuation/momentum for this program? How do we keep it alive?
