The Jockey Club has been the driving force of British Horseracing for more than 260 years. It has long been known for the highest standards, attention to detail and is proud of its reputation for outstanding quality. These values have long attracted discerning racegoers, who know that true excellence has and always will matter.

Cheltenham Racecourse prides itself on providing exquisite dishes in the most stunning of locations and is renowned for its impressive selection of spectacular spots to sit, eat and relax. Hospitality packages are available at every one of our 16 horseracing events throughout the year and range from fine dining, à la carte menus by Michelin-starred chefs to our very own pub, The Horse & Groom.

Our team understand what it takes to feed the thousands of racegoers that visit us over the season including the Four Days of Extraordinary at The Festival™ . Provenance is key and we pride ourselves in supporting the local economy where possible. Local food sourcing is the focus, working closely with suppliers so that most produce is sourced from the South West region.

THE CHELTENHAM CLUB The award-winning Cheltenham Club encompasses the whole of the top floor of The Princess Royal Stand, where Members can enjoy delicious food, stunning views of the racecourse and of course all the action from the track.

During the season, Cheltenham welcomes over 470,000 visitors, and many brands from all different sectors of business. Whether it be sponsorship of a race or a facility (such as the Annual Members’ bars), there are a number of options to suit, all of which will allow brands to deliver a campaign that captures the imagination and attention of racegoers and those watching on TV. Not only will a brand be exposed to tens of thousands of racegoers, it’s also the perfect opportunity to entertain your key clients. There is nothing more exciting than giving your guests the experience of visiting the Parade Ring and mixing with our sporting stars or seeing your brand in prime position at one of the greatest sporting venues in the world.

The membership to the facility is exclusive, and guests are sure to enjoy an experience to rival no other.

For those lucky enough to visit the fourth floor of The Princess Royal Stand, you will enjoy what is generally considered to be one of the finest sporting hospitality facilities in the UK.

Those who subscribe to Full Membership are able to use the facility throughout the season – you will have your own table for all 16 racedays, from which to enjoy a delicious four course, a la carte lunch while taking in the surroundings and top quality racing.

THE ORCHARD™ Introduced in 2019 to great acclaim, The Orchard™ blossomed in its second year and continues to provide the opportunity for the racecourse to work with exclusive commercial partners to allow racegoers an additional, premium experience alongside the racing. This exciting addition at The Festival ™ allows our partners to showcase their brands to a perfectly aligned audience. The Orchard ™ is available to Cheltenham’s Annual Members, Owners and Trainers, Hospitality clients, Club Enclosure badge holders and invited celebrity guests. In 2020 The Orchard ™ showcased leading brands including Bentley Motors, Holland & Holland, Boodles jewellers, who showcased the finest of their collections, Glenfarclas Single Malt Whisky had their own cocktail bar and English Sparkling Wine producer Nyetimber, who were represented with their Routemaster bus bar. THE ORCHARD™ PODS The luxurious private pods based in the heart of The Orchard™. Each Pod seats 12-20 guests and offers relaxed dining options along with its own private balcony. Throughout the day, guests are able to enjoy the unrivalled atmosphere of The Orchard™ and all the brilliant brands on offer, with the action on the racecourse just moments away. The Orchard™ features a guest DJ each day who will be playing throughout the afternoon, enhancing what is already a fantastic ambience.
