A healthy gut works like a filter, allowing in only nutrients while keeping larger food particles, pathogenic parasites, bacteria, and yeast out. In a leaky gut, gaps in the intestinal wall allow undigested food particles and pathogens to get through and activate the immune system, causing inflammation and food sensitivities.

Amazing Results!

It is optimal to follow the recommendations in this eBook for a minimum of three months. The time it takes to repair a leaky gut depends on consistently implementing the supplement protocol PLUS lifestyle changes. It may be necessary also to treat pathogenic infections which I will cover in a separate eBook. Depending on the extent of gut damage restoring function may take longer. However, you should notice subtle improvements shortly after commencing any supplement and lifestyle support.
