Your Wedding Breakfast

It’s the little things that matter Planning your perfect day has involved a lot of big decisions but now it is time to consider the small details that matter so much. Time to indulge yourselves with some of your favourites, little things that mean the world to you and your family such as colours, songs, photographs or even sweets… Our wedding co-ordinators are experts at sourcing just the right shade or flavour and of course they absolutely love to be given a challenge so whatever it is that you have set your hearts on, please just ask.

Entertainment in the evening

The wedding breakfast has passed by in a flash, the speeches are over and of course you both looked wonderful… now it’s time to let your hair down and party. You have chosen the music for the all important ‘first dance’, given our DJ your playlist for the evening, even more friends and family will be arriving to help you celebrate, and you will be refreshed and ready to welcome them to your wedding reception. As always, we will be right beside you to ensure the evening is as memorable as the day, and when it’s time for you to take your leave we will make sure everything that matters to you is taken care of.

Accommodation Our 72 bedrooms feature every comfort anticipated from a modern 4 Star hotel: Molton Brown toiletries, Egyptian cotton linen and Osborne & Little furnishings give an indication of the quality your guests can expect. Junior suites feature espresso machines and of course every bedroom is equipped with satellite TV for those moments when you just wish to relax. Preferential rates for all your guests will have been organised on your behalf by your wedding co-ordinator and of course we will make sure that any specific requirements are met quickly and efficiently.

Rail Regular services run to both Guildford mainline station and London Road station. From London Road Station: Turn left out of the station into York Road. Turn right at the Traffic lights on to London Road. The Mandolay Hotel is located directly in front of you. From Guildford Station:

Road From M25 London Orbital: Exit the motorway at junction 10 and follow A3 (S) for approximately 7 miles. Leave the A3 at the A322 Guildford / Horsham / Bagshot / Aldershot exit. At the end of the slip road turn left towards Guildford and immediately left onto Parkway. Continue on Parkway and take the third exit at the roundabout onto London Road. Continue along London Road for 1 mile, at the traffic lights continue straight, the Mandolay Hotel will be on your left‑hand side.
