Wilmington Country Club Guest Policies

Wilmington Country Club Guest Policies All fees are charged on a “per usage” basis. Effective January 1, 2021

No limitation on guests

ALL A LA CARTE DINING:

Guests – Non-Family - 3 times per year; Family - 6 times per year. FEE: Limited Guest Fee $145; Family Guest Fee $85: Twilight Guest Fee $85 (Does not count toward Family Guest quota); Members are strongly encouraged to register their guests at least one day prior to arrival. No guests permitted on Mondays.

GOLF:

Guests – 2 times per month FEE: $17.50 per Guest

TENNIS (Indoors):

Guests – 2 times per month FEE: $17.50 per Guest

TENNIS (Outdoors):

Guests – 2 times per month FEE: $10.00 per Guest

PADDLE TENNIS:

Guests – 2 times per month FEE: $17.50 per Guest No Guest may play Monday - Friday from 4:45 pm to 7:00 pm

SQUASH:

Guests – 6 times per year FEE: $12.50 per Guest

FITNESS CENTER:

Guests – 6 times per year Only family guests or guests residing outside a 90 mile radius will be allowed on weekends or holidays. FEE: $15.00 per Guest

SWIMMING POOL:

A member may choose to register a babysitter at the Club office for the entire swimming season which allows the individual to supervise a Club member at the pool. FEE: $200 per Season

POOL BABYSITTER:

Guests inside 90 mile radius – not eligible Guests outside the 90 mile radius – With permission granted by Chairman of Membership Committee, this privilege can be utilized for a maximum of three weeks by a houseguest of a member. FEE : The non-member is able to use the Club without the requirement of being accompanied by a member. All guest fees apply for each usage of a Club facility during the period of Temporary Membership.
