As we wrap up 2021, I would like to point you toward a completely FREE resource at your disposal that is being underutilized by the majority of the chan- nel: the MSP Success Vendor Directory ( https://directory.mspsuccessmaga- zine.com ). This free online directory, created for Robin Robins’ MSP commu- nity, is home to 4,053 MSP members and 694 MSP vendor companies. This is a public site, where all MSP channel companies have full, unfettered view of how they are doing in the eyes of the channel. Are you taking advantage of this free online resource? Are you guid- ing your “raving fan” clients there to post positive reviews for the entire community to see? Are you managing and responding proactively to any negative reviews that hit your company’s listing? For too many channel companies, unfortunately the answer is no. Whether understaffed, too busy at in-person shows, or unaware of the directory itself … I AM TAKING THE FULL BLAME FOR YOUR INACTION HERE. The truth is that we have not been active in keeping you aware of the platform, in keeping you aware of your reviews, or even in getting you to claim your listing on the portal.

Our mission at Technology Marketing Toolkit (the parent company of Big Red Media) is to “Build A Community Of Success-Minded Entrepreneurs That Inspires Excellence, Encourages Collaboration, And Expands The Capacity Of All Members To Achieve Great Things.” Our MSP members can’t accomplish this mission without the help of our awesome vendor channel and without the en- gagement of the entire community (including you) to put their best foot forward in helping guide each other to make the right choices with vendors. Over the next 3 months, my team will be reaching out to proactively engage with you and show you this awesome resource. It’s 100% completely FREE to you and is an excellent way to truly engage with our community in a meaningful way that (hopefully) also advances your brand and company in a positive way.
