We want you to bring your flair and passion to Brighton; Making it as unique, passionate and collaborative as you are. You will find some ‘signposts’ inside of these pages; the values that guide us, the vision we work toward and the commitment we make to each and every person that lives a Brighton life. This book is a tiny little celebration; a hoorah to you, an acknowledgment of the most important element that makes us great (our people of course!). We really hope it inspires you; To get the most out of each and every day at Brighton. To feel empowered with ideas and confident in having a voice. To know that teamwork, care and passion are valued. To have fun, smile and find balance.

And while this company is proudly Queensland born and bred, many of our staff have come from much further afield – from around Australia and the world. It’s this diversity of backgrounds that helps bring us together. And the fact that we have all chosen to make Queensland our home. It means making the most of a life lived in the open. A life that embraces true community; where friends and neighbours are welcome to drop in, where entertaining is relaxed, and where formalities just don’t exist. That’s why our homes are physically open; not only does it promote our seamless outdoor/indoor lifestyle, it is also a reflection of our attitude as a company. Brighton is a true manifestation that living in Queensland is a better way – and it’s at the heart of all we do.
