The 3S Industrial Manual Lever Blocks have many features including the following: Features • Heavy duty, available in 250kg to 6 tonne capacity • Ergonomic and heavy free knob to ensure easy and convenient handling

• Beaver ‘ID’ plates and rivets are supplied in stainless steel (a non conductive material) in order to avoid dangerous sparking, making them ideal for underground mining • A comprehensive range of spare parts are available, complete with full repair facilities and re-testing to Australian Standard specifications.

• The Beaver 3S industrial chain lever block mechanism and gears are enclosed in a robust all steel compact shell • The load chain is made of high resistance, Grade 80 alloy steel, black finish, heat treated, calibrated and marked according to International Standards ISO 3077 and ISO 1834 • All Beaver lever block gears are fitted with industrial roller bearings • The short arm lever and the gear ratio allows minimum effort to raise maximum load with maximum security • The top and bottom hooks come complete with cast latches • Top and bottom hooks are fitted with ball bearings to allow rotation under load

Chain blocks are designed for use on monorails, jibs fixed installations and for maintenance use. They are to be used for vertical lifts only. If they are side loaded or used horizontally, jamming of the loader chain and damage to the blocks may occur. Features

• Each 3G-V Industrial Lever Block is operationally tested to its rated capacity and is supplied with a test certificate

• All 3G-V Industrial Lever Block gears are fitted with industrial roller bearings • Incorporating a safety overload clutch (limiter) mechanism, an added safety precaution, as the handle cuts out at around 30% more than the rated WLL to prevent severe overloading of the lever block • The Overload Clutch therefore reduces downtime, repair costs and extends the service life of the lever block

• Heavy duty, available up to 9 tonne capacity, the 3G-V Industrial Lever Block is designed for a variety of applications in mining, heavy industry, major construction works and off shore exploration • The 3G-V Industrial Lever Block has all the features of the 3G lever blocks, with additional advantages • The load chain is Grade 80 Alloy Steel, black finish, heat treated, calibrated and marked according to Australian standard AS1418.2
