For the Change Makers

“An unexpected benefit was the quality of my cohort who constantly challenged my own research and helped to refine my findings. As a consequence they have become friends as well as colleagues and still act as a sounding board.”

Simon Brayshaw Class of 2016–2020

I chose to study the DBA to advance myself both personally and professionally and so far, I’m really pleased with my journey. I can use the knowledge gained to contribute new ideas in my chosen field and feel like I have really transformed alongside my classmates and lecturers. Surlina Yin Current participant

Immerse yourself in business research

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree is designed to provide business leaders, executives and professionals an opportunity to pursue the next step beyond their MBA or equivalent qualification. The DBA brings together our world leading faculty, a unique degree programme designed to impart critical skills at the highest level, and organisational leaders and entrepreneurs with the desire and ability to make change in their organisations.

Programme structure

Your research training will include five 3-day workshops at The Shard and four 5-day workshops (three days of teaching, plus a 2-day conference) at our University of Warwick campus. Workshops are delivered by leading WBS faculty and integrate content, theory, design and research methods, through a review of relevant literature.
