EVO Ultra is a confidential business club specifically for CEOs, entrepreneurs and owner/managers from a wide range of sectors. It is a trusted ‘club of peers’ for ambitious, like-minded business leaders.

Our mission is to create a network of game-changing leaders.

EVO Ultra has been developed to equip our members with the ability to navigate seismic social, political and economic changes as well as rapidly-advancing technologies. We provide a crucial monthly gathering for busy business leaders to achieve extraordinary results in just two and a half hours. It is a ‘condensed’ mastermind and peer group in one, providing high-calibre support, networking, learning, and problem-solving. Ultra meetings are a uniquely confidential space where objective, independent insights and interventions can make an incalculable difference, whether personal or professional.

We champion cognitive diversity: different and original thinking

around how to approach challenges and achieve the vision.

Our members give and gain fresh insights from the wisdom and experience of their peers and benefit from experts specifically selected to stimulate new ideas around the key needs of the group. Ian Workman is the MD of new bank Recognise. Until 1st December 2021, he was the Managing Director, Head SME Barclays Business Banking in the UK. At Barclays, he worked with over 1 million business customers and 1,000 Relationship Managers but began his time at the bank over 30 years ago as a teenager in a small branch in West Wales.

Emma Jones CBE is an authority on small business and enterprise. She founded Enterprise Nation after selling her first business to Tenon plc. She was a co-founder of national enterprise campaign StartUp Britain. She ran the private sector-funded and Government-backed campaign as CEO from 2011 to 2014. Emma is also the author of bestselling business books. Wing Commander Andy Green OBE is a Royal Air Force fighter pilot and holder of the World Land Speed Record. A veteran of combat theatres around the world, he has commanded Royal Air Force operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is ‘The Fastest Man on Earth,’ and the first person to break the sound barrier on land. He will attempt to break the record again in the new BLOODHOUND SuperSonic Car.

Roger Proctor MBE is a marketing communications, design and brand specialist. Founder of the award- winning Bristol-based marketing, design and communications agency, Proctor + Stevenson. established in 1979. He is an advocate of design as a catalyst for positive change economically, culturally and socially, particularly in the South West of England. Rob Law MBE is the founder and CEO of Trunki, the brand behind the much-loved ride- on suitcase for tots. Rob is an inspiring example of a British entrepreneur who through grit, passion and real belief built the global brand Trunki. From an idea over 20 years ago, a famous rejection on Dragons’ Den to selling over 4 million ride-on suitcases. The company has won over 120 awards within the design, trade, consumer and business sectors.

Professor Dimo Dimov is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at University of Bath. He has been recognised among the top 100 professors of entrepreneurship worldwide. Dimo holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from London Business School and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University (USA) and the CEU Graduate School of Business (Hungary). Dimo’s research focuses on entrepreneurial thinking, process, and practice. He is co-founder of Kinetic Thinking, a validated framework for personal and organisational development. Ajith Jayawickrema started in business in Sri Lanka reconditioning abandoned fridges. He opened the first Latin American-themed Las Iguanas, with a £10k bank loan in 1991 pretending it was to buy a car. It became a well-known restaurant chain around the UK. He sold it in 2015 for £80m. In 2010 he co-founded Turtle Bay - the casual dining Caribbean restaurant aimed at the mainstream market. Again, this has experienced huge growth and employs thousands of staff across 42 venues. .

As chief operating officer of AMICUS, she brings her diagnostic and emotional intelligence skills to bear in more complex environments. Jude Levy is a business coach and mentor. She was the CEO and Executive Chairman of the High and Mighty Group, a Former Vistage Chair for the South West and a Children’s Charity Trustee. She is also the CEO and Founder of The Pier Group and Keynote Speaker. She specialities as Brand Creation, Strategy, International Business, Leadership and Team Mentoring.

Sunjay Singh co-founded LifeMedia UK aged 18 and today is a rising star in video production. At EVO Ultra, he spoke about his passion for diversity in business. LifeMedia UK helps marketers generate leads and business owners grow their business through the power of video marketing. He received a First Class in Genetics at The University of The West of England.

Mark Wright is an influential entrepreneur and self-taught digital marketing specialist, renowned for his success in winning BBC’s The Apprentice 2014. In securing the winners title, Mark went on to find and develop one of the UK’s fastest growing digital marketing agencies, Climb Online, in partnership with Lord Sugar. As the most successful business to have been founded by an Apprentice winner to date, Climb Online turned over an impressive £1.7 million and secured contracts with over 200 businesses from across the UK and overseas in its first year of trading alone. Andrew Knight is the Founder and Principal Consultant at The Spark Company, an expert HR and Change Consultancy.
