Introduction

EVO Ultra is an exclusive ‘express’ mastermind club for business leaders who are interested in accessing collective brainpower to expand their abilities. When the economic, social and political landscape presents challenges, leaders can often find themselves isolated at a time when they need fresh, objective – and sometimes critical – input. Our unique meetings will bridge that gap, inspire new-thinking and enable leaders to share their challenges, generate ideas, develop creative solutions and build an invaluable network of trusted peers. Our mission is to create a network of game-changing leaders. EVO Ultra is a confidential online business club specifically for top-level CEOs, owner/managers, entrepreneurs from all sectors . Born out of the lockdown era, we have developed a format to achieve extraordinary results in two and a half hours. A ‘condensed’ mastermind and peer group in one . Part support, part networking, part learning, part problem-solving. This follows 5 years of running EVO Business Club . We will invite exceptional speakers to address the group each month based on a specific theme . The meeting format will evolve but includes one-to-ones, and a spotlight on Members with the goal of ‘masterminding’ a challenge or idea. All meetings will be underpinned by a confidentiality agreement, enabling ideas to be freely-shared . Meeting themes include ‘operational resilience’, ‘post-covid futurism’ and ‘building high performance teams’. We aim to also arrange two face-to-face events according to members’ requirements and, as new groups open, we will arrange for them to connect with each other. The club is by invitation only and the first group will meet online once a month , from 7am to 9.30am GMT. The first group of 12 Members, Mercury, launches on 17th March 2021. It is led by Sir Peter Wall , CEO of Amicus and former Head of the British Army.

The Team

Jamie Breese Jamie is the founder and managing director. This new endeavour has emerged after 13 years of running business events for 50 to 5,000 attendees: 10 stadium expos, 100s of EVO online meetings, 100s of in-person EVO events in premium venues and 28 upper-tier networking balls for 500+ decision-makers. Jamie has engaged speakers from Baroness Brady to the Secretary of State for International Trade, from Trunki creator Rob Law MBE to Labour peer Baroness Primarolo. He has officially partnered with and welcomed speakers from firms like Facebook and Google and co-promoted and compered ‘Boris Means Business’ for and with the UK’s Prime Minister. Alongside this, he has developed a contacts book as an event host, columnist at the Sunday Mirror for 20 years and a presenter of more than 500 network TV shows in the UK and US. Currently, he hosts/produces the weekly LinkedIn-accredited show The Biz LIVE with Sarah, and in December 2020, he held the 2nd EVO Online Congress.

General Sir PeterWall GCB, CBE, DL Sir Peter is the co-founder of Amicus, a specialist leadership consultancy. He was the Commander in Chief of UK Land Forces and subsequently, Chief of the General Staff (Head of the British Army), retiring in 2014. He has an engineering degree from the University of Cambridge and has extensive experience in dealing with British and foreign governments at the highest levels, as well as a proven track record in the strategic leadership of large and complex organisations. He is a recognised speaker on

geopolitics and leadership techniques in business. Peter is a director of the General Dynamics Corporation and president of Combat Stress, the UK military mental health charity. He is an avid follower of sport, sails, skis and plays the occasional game of village cricket.

The Team

Sarah Brooks Her career in television and radio spanned nearly 20 years: she worked for the BBC as a TV reporter, a producer on BBC Radio 4 and is an award-winning factual entertainment series producer of primetime shows for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Five and Discovery. She developed, co-created and produced several series, including The Antiques Show, Bargain Hunt, DIYSOS, Barking Mad, Live from London, Grand Designs Abroad, A Dream Home Abroad, 1001 Ways to Improve Your Life and Risking It All .

Sarah is currently Head of Operations at EVO Business Club, which runs a network of business groups across the South West of England and Wales. She has collaborated for many years with Jamie Breese to deliver media communication and on-camera presentation skills courses alongside developing and expanding the bi-annual Business Showcase South West at Ashton Gate Stadium, the largest business expo in the region. Sarah has degrees from the University of York (politics and history), City University (broadcast journalism), University of California Los Angeles (print journalism) and the University of West LA (law); she is also a graduate from The Coaching Academy as a Personal Performance Coach.

Paul Burden Paul is the managing director of PerformWell, a performance consultancy which enables professional athletes and entrepreneurs to exceed their goals. In the last 10 years, he has worked with VPs of global corporates, Olympic athletes, Ryder cup golfers and ambitious business leaders. He has a talent for spotting patterns in human behaviour, identifying blocks and providing individuals with a clear pathway to meet their ambitions, both professionally and personally. Paul gained his early commercial experience during his 16 years at IBM, where he

was a top performer in the fast-paced dot.com boom and built partnerships with the highest profile brands in the country. These experiences gave him a solid grounding in how business leaders’ vision, emotions, decisions and mindset all translate into business culture, process and bottom line. His drive for peak performance also propelled Paul to become British jiu-jitsu champion in 2006 and lead the black-belt development programme of an international martial arts organisation for nine years.
