How it Works Finding Your Forte begins with a series of assessments and diagnostics designed to create an inventory of a person's most optimizable gis. We then take those insights into a purpose discovery experience and cast a vision of what that looks like THINK BIG (long-term) career wise, and START SMALL (short term). Meet Reggie Hammond Reggie became a career coach 10 years ago when he launched Your Crescendo to connect leaders and talent their purpose through their business and careers. But the truth is, Reggie has spend the duration of his career mentoring, coaching and proactively guiding others. Having started this work as a management consulting at Accenture where he mentored and coached both consulting colleagues and his corporate clients, he developed a reputation as an ally that was 'in it' with his co-workers as he honed his methodologies and approach. He then successfully launched a new location of a boutique firm that only existed in its original geography location into a new geography market. He grew that practice until the firm was acquired. In both consulting experiences, he voluntarily assumed and was responsible for recruiting / talent acquisition / hiring as a part of his performance expectations At the intersection of this career coaching, hiring executive and change agent is where he was inspired to bridge the divides between gied talent and dream jobs. During his time in these roles he has developed deep professional networks among business professionals (consulting clients and colleagues) and Fortune 500 executives, both in lines of business and in HR / talent development and acquisition leaders. A friend oen joking calls him 'Name that Contact' because anyone can call him up, name a company, and Reggie is able to name a contact there.
