WINNING AWARDS We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have won not just one award but two, forThe Draycott in Chelsea. Apartment No 1 has scooped winner of the Best New House in London at the Evening Standard’s Property Awards and we also, in conjunction with CAL (ChepstowAdvisory Limited) were highly commended for the Best Boutique Development. This project involved the conversion of two large houses in Chelsea on behalf of a Middle Eastern Bank, to create ten luxury apartments, working alongside B3R Architects and CAL Development Managers. Castellum was appointed as Construction Manager for this project which extended to 15,000 sq ft, including the basement level. There is extensive stonework and book matched marble (hand picked in Italy), along with bespoke joinery and metalwork throughout.A lift was installed and the garden flat features a pavilion with water and fire features.The ten apartments out- performed market expectations and the entire project took 18 months.
