CHAIRMAN MESSAGE We are about to embrace the fifth month of the year 2021, the month of May . This time of the year is very exciting for all of us since spring is gradually blooming into summer and the time has come for all the lovely people to enjoy the lovely colors of summer, At this time we are also celebrating the pious festivals like Eid Ul Fitr and also the very much celebrated Mother's Day to give all the love and attention to our respective mothers and to let them know what they mean to us, to celebrate their sacrifices for us, to celebrate the love they have embraced their children with. Mothers Day celebrates motherhood and the contribution of all the mothers in the society. But at this time let's also not forget Mother Nature and let us all try to be more responsible towards Mother Nature since Nature is the source of all life and energy. On the other hand, Memorial Day is approaching , which was originally known as the Decoration Day, originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971 and is observed to honor the sacrifices of US Military personnel. The holy month of Ramadan Kareem is about to end and Eid Ul Fitr is right around the corner. Eid Ul Fitr is observed on the first day of Islamic month Shawwal, a significant Islamic occasion celebrated by the Muslims. I as the Chairman of BGN wish all the BGN readers a very happy festive month of May and pray that you all stay safe and feel accomplished in all your positive goals in life. Happy Eid Mubarak and Happy Mothers Day!

Dr. Syed Arif Jamal CHAIRMAN

CEO MESSAGE

This is a new month, with new goals, and new opportunities. In the holy month of Ramadan, we prayed to Allah for his forgiveness and mercy. Ramadan taught us tolerance, patience and brought us closer to Allah, as we seek the Almighty's blessings. We pledge to make our lives better by being better. Also We have Mother's day. The bond between mother and their children is one defined by love. As a mother's prayers for her children are unending, so are the wisdom, grace, and strength they provide to their children. Happy Mother's Day May the prayers of Ramadan touch your heart with gladness and make your eid a special one. We will be spreading the love by celebrating Eid with loved ones. Wishing you and your family a happy and joyous Eid. Eid Mubarak Last but not least. Memorial Day is the day that's set aside to remember with gratitude and pride All those who serve and died for USA and it's freedom. May your day filled with memories and peace. God Bless America

QUESTION 01 You are an incredibly beautiful talented actress , what is your ultimate goal in life? It's very hard to lead a normal life because each and every action of yours is scrutinized by the media and you are judged for each and every gesture to action of yours. Another sad part is that the media liked to focus on negative content for publicity and not on your positive side and intentions like my dream of building a hospital, working towards women empowerment, intent to do an international film project which can bring accolades to my county. This is the most difficult part of my journey. QUESTION 05 What is your most favourite thing to do , your hobby and what is your passion? My favorite hobby is creating films, filming, direction and international projects. I want to make sure that Pakistan film industry is considered one of the best in the world and we create the best films ever so people can stand up and take notice of the talent Pakistan entails and the society gives me acknowledgement and encouragement. My passion is to work towards women empowerment , women welfare, fight for women's rights, work towards the welfare of the society working on my dream of building a hospital , building a school for girl's education which is linked to my passion.

Why is the media also highlighting the negatives and not highlighting the positive side and the goals I am working and only focusing on my poor English Language Skills?? EID AL-FITAR THIS YEAR IS A CHANCE TO FOCUS ON THE THINGS WE CAN DO, NOT THOSE WE CAN’T

Eid spreads the message of peace in the world and more importantly within ones one self. With the establishment of peace within ones heart, following Allah's law and leading a disciplinary life the true followers is graced by the Allah. Thus, Eid-ul-Fitr holds immense importance in the life of the Muslims. Muslims throughout the world come together to celebrate twice during the year. The first is Eid-ul-Fitr, which is celebrated after the month of Ramadan as an expression of gratitude to Almighty ALLAH for having been given the ability to worship and remember Him with increased intensity and care during this month—as special efforts are made in Ramadan in this respect. The month of Ramadan is a month which comes to inculcate within us a spirit of service to humanity and compassion for our fellow human beings. Muslims worship Of ALLAH with a deeper sense of reflection and strive to improve themselves spiritually and morally. They fast during the day so that they may become more cognizant of the needs of their less fortunate brothers and sisters. On Eid-ul-Fitr, Muslims thank Allah for not only growing closer to Him, but also closer to humanity, by experiencing the pain of those less fortunate than them. Eid al-Fitr, known as ‘the festival of breaking the fast’ marks the end of a month of fasting in Ramadan. It is usually a time when family and friends get together and celebrate after a month of abstinence from food and drink during daylight hours. However, with social distancing measures in place in large parts of the world amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, creating the spirit of Eid will be more difficult same as previous year. Muslims in some parts of the world will be unable to perform Eid prayers as mosques remain closed and rather than going out to greet people, the day may have to be spent at home without seeing many loved ones. It will certainly be different to any Eid we’ve experienced in the past, but it can still be a time of giving thanks for all the blessings in our lives, focusing on the sunnahs we can fulfil and reaching out to those facing greater challenges than us.

Focus on the sunnahs of Eid al-Fitr

As well as being a time of well-deserved feasting, greeting and joy, Eid al-Fitr is also an opportunity to practice the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and connect with Allah. In fact, the night preceding Eid al-Fitr is considered to be one of the most sacred nights in the Islamic calendar. The Prophet (peace be upon him) would not sleep on the night preceding the day of Eid and spend the whole night in worship. He (peace be upon him) said: “There are five nights on which dua is not rejected: the first night of Rajab, the fifteenth night of Shaban, Thursday night, the night before Eid al-Fitr and the night before Eid al-Adha,”. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ordained zakat al-Fitr to purify the fasting person from indecent words or actions, and to provide food for the needy. It is accepted as zakat for the person who gives it before the Eid prayer; but it is amere sadaqa for the one who gives it after the prayer,” After the blessed month of Ramadan, the night before Eid is an opportunity to seek forgiveness, ask for acceptance our good deeds throughout the month and pray for our needs and desires to be fulfilled.

Tarawih (Arabic: حيوارت ‎ , literally “rest and relaxation”) refers to additional ritual prayers performed by Sunni Muslims at night after the Isha prayer during the holy month of Ramadan. Tarawih like a gift of Muslims E’tikaf is a practice in the Islamic faith. It consists of a period of retreat in a mosque, for a certain number of days in accordance with the believer’s own wish. That number of days is 10 days. … During not Itikaf the people spend the last set of Ramadan in the mosque worshipping Allah. Muslims also do Itikaf in the last 10 days of Ramadan.

“Give me an educated mother, I shall promise you the birth of a civilized, educated nation.”

“Heaven is under the feet of Mothers.” Mothers are paramount since the time when a new born opens the tiny eyes and begin to feel the fragrance around , which has been the best companion to one’s existence in the womb where the baby punching, opening and closing its mouth, moving its head, and sucking its thumb. Mothers are the very first human, the infant knows when enters the world. Once a year, beyond the borders around the globe, every country celebrates the magnificent jubilation of Mother’s Day to pay homage to the living legends who are no more like unsung heroes. Every nation celebrates in versatile manner to pay tribute to their imperative role in their children’s life. The celebration cannot be comprised of as a religious festive but every religion has bestowed a sacred halo to mothers, The history of celebrating Mother’s Day can be tracked back to the ancient Greek and Roman mythology where the magnanimous festivals were held to pay benevolent commendation in the honor of the mother goddesses Rhea and Cybele. The association that a child develops with the mother can never be parted; from the womb where she keeps her child for nine months through umbilical cord till the time when she gives birth the child but that cord is somewhere deeply woven around her soul and heart that whirls around her entire life in all ups and downs of her life. Napoleon Bonaparte said, In accordance to Napoleon if all the mothers of this world will gather than there will be no war as mothers’ perspective is to look for a peaceful world where their children may live happily, far far away from the scars of war and terrorism. She is enigmatical, appreciative, stern, sentimental, smart and watchful who walks in the long dark nights to embrace her mulling and puking child, singing softly to a restless child in the darkness , remains awake and cautious to save her child stumbling out of the bed, busy to bestow ethereal beauty to her child’s image by magnifying it as she is like the moonlight who changes strident to beauty, transfiguring her child into a joyous stream who learns to go on as a mother’s secret hope outlives her child ever after. A mother’s unconditional love minimizes the agony of misfortunes, never let the monstrous wings of regrets sprang unto her child’s heart rather clasps it gently in loving embrace. She has a fair fashion of her chastening motherhood to foster the moral values into the child. Motherhood is painstaking task but in the eyes of the child ,there cannot be anyone else but ones mother, as its the honest business of a mother's strength, unwavering willingness to always be there, and undeniable. Mother’s presence in a child’s life is like rolling up and rolling down of the colors of rainbow which emerges after every heavy pour down of misfortunes as mother’s love leaves an impression of earnest stability. A mother’s heart may embraces multitude of her child’s failures and shortcomings, she never abandons as she trusts that labor of love cannot be lost; her heart is profound bottomless chasm where there will be always prays and forgiveness. A mother lives her life to remove the thorns out of the path of her children and sow roses for their upcoming life , as times go by turns ,at the threshold of age , the tiny buds metamorphose as fully blown roses as nailing the proverbial fantasy , What you sow so shall you reap. Mothers are reflection of God; they are like that tranquil rain which enriches the deserts and the mountains. Let’s make this Mother’s Day portentous which makes indelible impression to their hearts. "Give me good mothers and I shall give you a great nation!"

What we do, Think, say, eat, feel, they all require awareness and through this awareness we can grow. BALANCE IS THE KEY TO EVERYTHING,

Fitness is a substantial state of prosperity. It adds to your life span and good health. Fitness not simply implies lifting heavy weights or going to the gym each and every other day. It tends to be pretty much as little as practicing at home for 10 minutes every day. Consistency is important with regards to Fitness, and it can impact your health drastically. Eating healthy can also to fit life. Exercise is also helpful if done in a right way. There are various ways through which we can maintain a healthy lifestyle. One among is the eating healthy, drinking 8 glass of water daily, walking and maintaining a proper sleep. This are some of the simple steps towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle.A common misconception is that for you to be fit you only have to concentrate on your body. However, peak fitness is only achieved when your mind and body are both performing at their maximum. Here are few reasons why Fitness is an important aspect of life; LESSEN THE RISK OF DEPRESSION: 01: Physical exercise in all its aspects is a good 'drug' to combat depression, anxiety, grief, apathy, and so on. It is a fact that physical activities favor the production of proteins, which are responsible for the repair of neurons, stimulation of endorphins, and the regulation of serotonin, among many other things.Studies, including this one from the Mental Health Foundation, have shown that exercising on a regular basis greatly reduces mental problems, including depression and anxiety.

- Edward Stanley WILL HAVE TO MAKE TIME FOR ILLNESS THOSE WHO DON’T FIND TIME FOR FITNESS

Fitness, along with other healthy habits such as a balanced diet, reduces the chances of colon cancer because, as we have mentioned before, it helps people to abandon a sedentary lifestyle, improving the functioning of intestinal transit. In addition, people who have a more toned body, specifically the abdomen, digest better, something that also reduces the possibility of suffering from this type of disease. REDUCE THE CHANCES OF COLON CANCER 02:

This is the supremacy of being fit. Working out regularly simply gets the fat burning fire roaring, and with time, you will see the noticeable difference. You can burn extra calories by simply getting yourself moving, which is definitely healthy for the body. You will also remain in shape. Therefore, weight reduction is one of the important benefits of physical fitness. WEIGHT REDUCTION 03:

The key skills that it builds are willpower, discipline, and determination. Adhering to a regular workout routine isn’t always easy. Those that exercise on a regular basis are more disciplined at work, at school, in relationships, and in other Things. Even when situation gets difficult, these types of people use their willpower to push on and overcome all obstacles. The lesser-known advantage of being fit, but people who are fit recover from a disease with high rapidity. You might have noticed that some people recover quickly while others don’t, and this has a direct link to being fit. Physical activities can tire you and make you fall asleep quickly. One of the most common problems people face in today’s generation is the lack of a proper sleep schedule. Exercising and working out can improve your sleep patterns and also uplift your mood by reducing the stress hormones in your brain. Start exercising. Start small and gradually build up your exercising time. Consistency is crucial when it comes to maintaining good habits. Let’s all lead a healthy and long life! BUILDS IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS 04:

BUSINESS HACKS

5 smartest business hacks that can help you to pitch better. It’s all about building trust, a relationship with the customer. It’s not about the SALE, it’s about the RELATIONSHIP.

Elevator Pitch:

USP- Unique Selling Point: Describe what makes your solution unique. Almost every product or service on the market today has competition. People may even believe your solution is interchangeable with a competitor’s. What sets your solution apart? That is your unique selling point.

What problem does your business solve? Customers want to know what you can do for them, either, solving their problems or helping them capitalize on new opportunities. To give value first understand what customers truly want. Tell a story behind your business, what made you start this one. Stories are powerful and they can lead to a greater impact. It’s a 20-30 second of your introduction, start with your name, first and last name should have a pause. Then share something about you which can deliver a message to the audience about your personality that can be related to your business. Remember you are the front face of the organization; people don’t buy because of the product or service your offer rather they buy because of you. So present yourself in such a way that you can leave an impact. This might also include your appearance, your communication skills, your attitude, and how you relate to others.

Be ready to handle objections:

When meeting a potential customer, do more listening than talking. Show that you want to build a relationship, not just make another sale. Maintain eye contact, observe your body language, Practice patience, do not interrupt, and then clarify any uncertainties they might have.

Ask for referrals: Asking for referrals can be uncomfortable for many people. The feeling of being pushy may cause you to hold back. You may not know the right way or right time to ask or maybe you just forget. Always look for an opportunity to ask for a referral.

Cosmetic brands are prioritizing inclusivity in their offerings. Make-up is undergoing a revolution with several brands that celebrate non-gender-specific self-expression and use gender-neutral pronouns in their taglines. Skincare and make up brands are increasingly offering diverse ranges and packaging in stores and in marketing to represent various skin types and communities. Customer demand for sustainable beauty products will likely outweigh salient consumption. Ingredient transparency is the pillar of accountable sourcing and a key factor in the buying preferences of millennials. Sustainability is a popular marketing claim now more than ever, however there is still a long way to go. There is a huge need for companies to divulge details about clinically proven quantities of ingredients in a formulation. Several companies have proprietary blends and they often do not share details about ingredients used. Additionally, companies need to educate consumers that the majority of topical skincare products available are not as effective as they claim to be. A large portion of your skin health and appearance depends on what you eat. Consumers need to be given more expert-led nutritional education in order to break down the barrier to entry in the marketplace – notes Shilpa Tiku Chief Research Officer and Partner at Verify Markets. Sustainability and inclusivity will likely be key priorities for beauty brands in the near future

What is Coaching? It unlocks a person’s potential to maximize their performance. Coaching helps them to learn rather than teaching them. Coaching has traditionally been associated with sports. Every top athlete has a coach. In the last few years, coaching has become applicable in every area, in business and in every aspect of life as well as sport. Now, it is quite normal for someone to see a coach to help them achieve their goals in their life and work.

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. The coach helps the client to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives. Coaching ensures the client can give their best, learn and develop in the way they wish. Put simply, coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. While there are many different models of coaching, here we are not considering the ‘coach as expert’ but, instead, the coach as a facilitator of learning. There is a huge difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn. In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance: in other words, helping them to learn. Good coaches believe that the individual always has the answer to their own problems but understands that they may need help to No discussion of coaching would be complete without mention of Timothy Gallwey and his insights into the ‘inner game’. Gallwey’s book, The Inner Game of Tennis, revolutionized thinking about coaching. He suggested that the biggest obstacles to success and achieving potential were internal, not external. His insight was that coaches could help individuals to improve their game by distracting them from their inner dialogue and, in particular, the critical voice that said "Not like that! Concentrate on your hands! Angle it differently!". By distracting that inner voice, the body could take over. It turns out that often the body has a very clear idea of what to do when internal dialogues are suppressed. Gallwey used the example of asking people to focus on the height at which they hit the tennis ball. This activity has no relevance in itself, but the simple act of focusing on it distracted the inner voice and enabled the find the answer. The ‘Inner Game’

capable body to take over. The individual relaxed and their tennis improved immediately. Gallwey’s real insight was that this didn’t just apply to tennis, but that individuals generally did have the answers to their own problems within themselves. The essential part of coaching, then, is to help people to learn to silence that inner voice and allow their instincts, or their subconscious, to take over. Sometimes that means distracting it, and sometimes it’s about exploring the ‘worst case scenario’ and removing the fear. The Competence Cycle Model of Learning One useful model for learning is the Competence Cycle, a four-stage model that can help you identify your competence 01: Unconscious Incompetence You don’t know that you don’t know about something. A good example would be a child who has never seen a bicycle, or has no idea that any language exists other than their own. 02: Conscious Incompetence You have become aware that you lack a particular skill. An example might be the child who has seen other children riding bicycles, or heard someone speaking another language, and therefore wishes to learn. 03: Conscious Competence You have learned how to do something, but you still need to think about it in order to do it. An example would be the child who can ride a bicycle but falls off if they stop watching where they are going.

Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them. The coach is not a subject expert, but rather is focused on helping the individual to unlock their own potential. The focus is very much on the individual and what is inside their head. A coach is not necessarily a designated individual: anyone can take a coaching approach with others, whether peers, subordinates or superiors. The key skill of coaching is asking the right questions to help the individual work through their own issues Mentoring Mentoring is similar to coaching. There is general agreement that amentor is a guide who helps someone to learn or develop faster than they might do alone. In the workplace mentors are often formally designated as such by mutual agreement, and outside of an in dividual’s line management chain. They usually have considerable experience and expertise in the individual’s line of business. A mentoring relationship usually focuses on the future, career development, and broadening an individual’s horizons, unlike coaching which tends to focus more on the here and now and solving immediate problems or issues. Counselling Counselling is closer to a therapeutic intervention. It focuses on the past, helping the individual to overcome barriers and issues from their past and move on. Here, the focus may be either internal or external.

04: Unconscious Competence

Coaches need to identify the stage at which an individual is at to use the right sort of language to help them move to the next stage. After all, it’s difficult to try to improve a skill if you don’t know that you lack it. You no longer have to think about how you do it, but just do it. In fact, if you think about it too hard, you may not be able to do it. You have learned how to something so well that it has become hard-wired into your brain. The Differences Between Teaching, Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling Although teaching, coaching, mentoring and counselling all share some key characteristics and skills, they are nonetheless quite different and it’s important to be aware of the differences. Teaching and Training Teaching and training involve an expert teacher who imparts knowledge to their students Although the best teachers will use participative and interactive techniques, like coaching, there is very definitely an imbalance of knowledge, with the teacher as expert knowing the ‘right answer’. Coaching

The differences between these various 'learning methods' can be summarized as:

Learning Method: The Question: The Focus: Aim: Objective:

Coaching How? The present Improving skills Raising competence

Coaching How? The present Improving skills Raising competence

Mentoring What? The future

Counselling Why? The past Overcoming psychological barriers Building self-understanding

Developing and committing to learning goals

A Coaching Spectrum Many ‘coaches’ will recognize significant overlap between their role and that of a teacher. This may be particularly true of sports coaches, who are often highly skilled in their particular sport and looking to hone the technique and skills of their athletes. It may therefore be useful to look at both coaching and teaching as on a spectrum.

As a coach, there will be times that you are very much led by the person being coached. These times are likely to be in the majority, especially for coaching at work. However, there may also be times when you are the expert, and imparting information. Examples might include on the meaning of a psychometric test, or best practice in a particular area where you have some knowledge. For sports coaches, it might also include making a decision about when a particular activity is safe and why. Does coaching work? Coaching is profoundly beneficial in the eyes of companies and individuals who hire a coach, with 99% viewing it as “satisfied or very satisfied” and 96% stating, “they’d repeat the process.” ICF Global Coaching Client Study Clients often continue with coaching as long as they remain satisfied with their progress and enjoy the benefits of the relationship. That is something else that sets coaching apart from consulting – it’s a relationship rather than a transaction. Instead of working to solve just one set of problems as a consultant, a coach helps clients navigate the totality of their personal and/or professional world. That is what makes it extremely satisfying for both the client and the coach. When a coachee works with a coach, they gain self-awareness and a fresh perspective on their personal challenges, ultimately improving their: The improvements are not limited to the individual, either. Hair Frizz tutorial BY POOJA NAGPAL

The FiX for Frizz ...

Frizzy hair may be hard to tame, but it’s not impossible. Frizziness is caused by dry hair that lacks moisture. Ironically, humid, wet weather tends to make frizzy hair worse. That’s because dry hair tries to absorb moisture out of the air, causing each hair’s cuticle, or outer layer, to swell up, instead of lying flat. The cuticle comprises overlapping scales, which separate and rise in moist air. This makes hair look frizzy.

When your hair is damaged, dry, or chemically treated, the outer layer of the strand (called the cuticle) rises, allowing for moisture to enter the strand, fatten it up, and create frizz.

Get frequent trims to minimize frizz 01: One of the easiest ways to prevent damage, breakage, and frizz is to Make sure you trim your hair at least once every three months. Split ends are especially prone to dryness, so schedule regular appointments with your hairstylist to avoid any long-term damage There are even a few at-home treatments worth trying too. “Find a shampoo that is Sulfate-free to prevent frizz,”

Tip which I learnt from time: Shampoo less to minimize frizz

You might think your hair needs to be shampooed several times a week, but it really doesn't, especially if you have curly hair. So every two days, rinse your hair with only conditioner, coz conditioner contains a small amount of cleansers, so it will still lightly clean your hair without stripping it. Check your hair products for alcohol. Alcohols can dry out your hair, especially if they are a

major ingredient, setting you up for frizz or even more frizz. And after using the products, end it up with a Blowout. Details coming in the next edition- stay tuned.

Tip: Yes I tried this and it works Sleep on a silk pillowcase for smoother hair

If you're still sleeping on cotton and dealing with frizz, now is officially the time to switch to a Silk pillowcase. Silk really helps protect your hair while you sleep, “It maintains your hair's natural oils, which is especially important if your hair is fragile from chemical treatments."

WHY WE CELEBRATE MEMORIAL DAY?

The fifth month of the year – May, marks a significance in terms of events that happened in the history of US. The most prominent and heart wrenching is the event that took place was Civil War. Memorial Day is the celebration in honor of that event. The history has a long way, however if concluded, Memorial Day is an American holiday which is observed on last Monday of the month May. This year, it would be May the 31st. Now why do we have the need to celebrate it? What is the purpose behind it? Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following Civil War and became an official holiday in 1971. The day is celebrated to honor solidarity to all men and women who were deceased while serving the US military. It was a very cold period of time and by cold not literal cold but cold in terms of cruelty, violence, pain, loss and what not. The Civil War, which ended in the spring of 1865, is one of the most brutal and violent events in the history of US. The event claimed many lives of the US citizens than any other conflict and lead to the establishment of country’s first national cemeteries. All the people who were martyred in the war are buried in these cemeteries. In the early days, by the late 1860s, Americans from different cities begun to hold springtime tributes to the fallen soldiers. Every year on the Memorial Day, exactly at 3.00 pm in the noon, a national moment of remembrance takes place. It is unclear from where this tradition initiated but following the years of war many Americans held tributes and solidarity prayers for the fallen soldiers in different ways, different areas on different days. However, the first Decoration Day was declared on May 5, 1868, General John A. Logan, leader of an organization for Northern Civil War veterans, called for a nationwide day of remembrance later that month. “The 30th of May, 1868, is designated for the purpose of strewing with flowers, or otherwise decorating the graves of comrades who died in defense of their country during the late rebellion, and whose bodies now lie in almost every city, village and hamlet churchyard in the land,” he proclaimed. Memorial Day, as Decoration Day gradually came to be known, originally honored only those lost while fighting in the Civil War. But during World War I the United States found itself embroiled in another major conflict, and the holiday evolved to commemorate American military personnel who died in all wars, including World War II, The VietnamWar, The Korean War and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Since the day is celebrated to tribute more than one event in the history or US, the date of decoration day is chosen as it doesn’t account on the anniversary of any particular battle. For decades, Memorial Day continued to be observed on May 30, the date Logan had selected for the first Decoration Day. But in 1968 Congress passed the Uniform Monday Holiday Act, which established Memorial Day as the last Monday in May in order to create a three-day weekend for federal employees; the change went into effect in 1971. The same law also declared Memorial Day a federal holiday. To this day, Memorial Day or Decoration Day is celebrated by decorating the graves of the mighty soldiers, reciting prayers and tributing their sacrifices that saved the entire nation. Cities and towns across the United States host memorial day parades often in Newyork, Chicago and Washington DC. While some Americans observe Memorial Day by visiting the cemeteries and reciting prayers. Some people wear a red poppy in remembrance of those fallen in war—a tradition that began with a World War I poem. On a less somber note, many people take weekend trips or throw parties and barbecues on the holiday, perhaps because Memorial Day weekend — the long weekend comprising the Saturday and Sunday before Memorial Day and Memorial Day itself — unofficially marks the beginning of summer.

Diet

From Decades the expression "Diet" has gotten a terrible name with a negative mentality appended to it frequently. It implies somebody, confines or doesn't eat particular sorts of foods. Diet is the sort of food varieties that are eaten or amounts of foods that are restricted in order to get fit or healthy. In other terms, Diet intends to eat and drink sparingly or as per recommended rules. Today, diet is generally interpreted as a specially formulated meal plan to achieve a certain purpose. High protein for bodybuilders, gluten-free for allergic, low calorie for individuals attempting to loss weight. Diet also varies from body type to body type. Your body type isn't just the way you look. It is the physical response to how your body handles certain food groups. Most people can be classified among three categories: ectomorphs, mesomorphs, and endomorphs. Depending on your body type, your diet setup will differ quite a bit from someone else. Ectomorphs: High metabolism and higher resilience to carbohydrates. In general, ectomorphs tend to do better on high carbohydrates, moderate protein, and fat. Normally, ectomorphs diet consists of plenty of protein, including from lean animal sources and plants like nuts and seeds. Mesomorphs: The most balanced of the three, mesomorphs can build muscle and maintain low-fat levels. Their body enjoys an equilibrium of carbs, fat, and protein. mesomorphs diet includes eggs, white meats, fish, beans, lentils, high-protein dairy, like Greek yogurt and Fruits and vegetables. Endomorphs: Most Popular Types of Diets are enlisted below: Endomorphs are suggestive of force lifters who have slow digestion and will in general hold tight to both bulk and fat. hey do quite well on high fat and lower carbohydrate intake. Endomorph diet plans usually focus on avoiding refined carbohydrates and eating a mix of healthful fats, proteins, and carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables, and unrefined, high fiber foods. KETO DIET: It includes diminishing carbs consumption and increasing fat intake. It sounds in opposition to good judgment, yet it permits the body to consume fat as a fuel, instead of starches. Healthy fats, like those in avocados, coconuts, Brazil nuts, seeds, slick fish, and olive oil are generously added to the eating regimen to keep a general accentuation on fat.
