Established in 1971 by Edward St. John, St. John Properties has evolved from a small, local real estate developer into one of the largest and most successful privately held commercial real estate firms in the Mid- Atlantic region. Our real estate investments are valued at more than 3 billion dollars, and we proudly serve over 2,100 clients across eight states including Maryland, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin. During our 48-year history, our portfolio has grown to more than 20 million square feet of real estate consisting of class ‘A’ office, flex/R&D, retail, warehouse and more than 2,500 residential units. We continue to expand our portfolio, explore new markets and constantly evaluate new business opportuni- ties. We look forward to working with you, now and in the years to come.

Offering 22-to-24-foot clear ceiling heights, 30-foot column spans, and an abundance of loading docks, our warehouse buildings are situ- ated near major transportation hubs, including shipping ports and international airports. Every development is assigned an in-house property manager who acts as the main point of contact for our clients. They oversee each building to ensure it is maintained to our high standards, and are available to address any client concerns. Maintenance coordinators oversee all tenant requests for service, ensuring repairs are per- formed quickly, even after hours.

On-Call Maintenance Team While many real estate firms rely on third party service companies, St. John Properties maintains a staff of full-time, in-house service personnel ready to make the necessary repairs to common roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. With the assistance of a dedicated maintenance coordinator, our staff is dispatched quickly, cutting response time dramatically. The Client Advantage Program Available exclusively to clients of St. John Properties, we are able to negotiate services and rates directly with our preferred vendors on our clients' behalf – potentially saving clients thousands of dollars per year. Services range from trash and janitorial to utility savings and more.
