Our campuses are the core of what we do and who we are. They are where our talented students produce their innovative work, make meaningful connections personally and professionally, and find their individual style. They are both a hub for learning and a playground for creation – and we’re looking for a new Director of Estates & Facilities to ensure these vital spaces, and our extensive portfolio of halls of residence, are ideally suited to our students’ needs. If you’re happy to travel between our four campuses – two in Surrey and two in Kent – and UCA’s halls of residence, if you have senior level experience in asset management, facilities management and project management, and if you’re interested in helping UCA grow and thrive as an institution as we seek to achieve our long-term objectives, then this job is ideal for you. In recent years, UCA has grown and improved with several major projects – from the opening of our Business School for the Creative Industries at UCA Epsom and the Institute of Creative Industries (ICI) in China to the current construction of new halls of residence at our Farnham campus, which takes its first students in September 2021.
