Last month, I wrote about two insurance bills that had passed in the last legislative session and were headed to the governor’s desk. I wish that I had good news to share, but unfortunately, the governor has NOT made

Florida’s governor has three options when it comes to bills that were passed by both chambers: He can sign the bills and they become law, he cannot sign and they become law, or he can veto them. The clock is ticking on these bills. Next month, we will have a decision for you. Next month is going to be big for a number of reasons.
