Founded in 2021, Fifth and Dune Partners specializes in general contracting, fine-home construction, renovations, historical preservation, and full-service residential estate management. F&D’s mission is to become the East End’s premiere construction service provider by bringing superior craftsmanship, timely completion, and the highest levels of customer service to every one of their projects. Meet the Partners MICHAEL TAGLIAVIA has been involved in the construction and architectural fields since 2003 and has managed a wide variety of large-scale residential projects ranging from new construction to comprehensive renovations. Additionally, Michael’s experience as an associate architect has engendered in him a true appreciation for the design aspects of a project, allowing for a level of collaboration with architectural and interior design teams that is unique to the construction industry. Michael received his Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and is currently an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Michael carries on a multi-generational belief in the importance of hospitality and community-building. He is the Project Coordinator and Initiative Fundraiser for Wells Mountain Haiti Project, as well as Project Manager for six YMCA community centers since 2012. Michael lives in East Quogue, New York with his wife and is expecting his first child in June. KEVIN WARREN is a distinguished local leader and growing force in the construction industry. Underpinning all of his successes - notable among them a rapid ascent to the role of Partner at one of the East End’s premier high end building firms - is a commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Kevin is also a dedicated member of his community, investing decades of experience in fine-home construction and project management towards local and community-based projects. Recent credits include the construction of the Montauk food pantry, a new dance floor for Dance Hampton, and managing the construction and completion of the Gansett Meadows housing development in Amagansett. Kevin has dedicated himself to his hometown of East Hampton and its surrounding communities, leading to several prominent local leadership roles. Kevin is a member of the Amagansett Board of Education, Chair of the East Hampton Housing Authority, sits on the Amagansett School Building and Grounds Committee and is Treasurer of the Gansett Meadow Affordable Multi-Family Rental Housing Development. Kevin lives in Amagansett, New York with his wife and two children. ROBERT REICH JR . is managing partner of Fifth and Dune Estates LLC., an affiliate to the fine home building company, Fifth and Dune Partners, LLC. Born and raised in Montauk, Robert has worked in the Hamptons construction in¬dustry for 20 years. Prior to becoming an Associate and spearheading the quickly growing Estates division, Robert worked in fine home construction where he specialized in project management and estimation, he’s majored in communications, and led the early boom in the solar industry at both residential and commercial levels throughout New York. His educational foundation in communications management has helped elevate his career coordinating all forms of detailed construction and has exceeded all his past and current clients’ expectations. Robert, his wife and two young daughters are all deeply rooted in the Montauk community, where they currently reside. Together, they are dedicated to the continued development of the community and the beautification of the East End. They engage their clients and their community that they serve while entrusting their entire organization.
