HELP HOPE BRING COMFORT CLOSE TO HOME
HOPE GROWING For nearly 40 years, Hope has provided compassionate, palliative care to the people of Southwest Florida. Individuals and families invite Hope into their lives at a time when help is needed most. Our team is included in the most challenging and precious moments in a person’s life. We believe this is the highest honor and our greatest privilege. Since Hope’s start in 1979, we have grown from caring for 100 people a day to caring for nearly 3,000 people and their loved ones each day. With the generosity of our community, Hope has always met the growing need. As we look to the horizon, there are so many more who will need our assistance. Now is the time to grow - the time to build for the next generation in need of Hope. IS
COMFORT EVERYONE To meet the community’s growing need for comforting care, Hope has plans to build the Center for Hope. This campus will meet the continual need for additional inpatient hospice care, including a much-needed hospice house close to home. The Center will also allow for expansion of vital programs and services such as Bereavement support for adults and children, Parkinson’s resources and senior care. OUR PURPOSE The Center for Hope will ensure optimal quality of life for people who are frail and aging, living with serious illness or grieving. The campus will also encourage community engagement by providing: educational programs, a chapel, volunteer opportunities, community meeting rooms and a grief center. FOR

Hope that in the bleakest of times when your heart is so broken, there are those who will light your way and hold you up - when you don’t think you can continue to hold your head up. They can explain all the emotions you’ll feel, and they let you know you’re not alone.” - Chris Kinnon pictured with husband, Albert
