Dear L&D Leaders,
Our next learning circle is about learning across generations.
For the first time ever, we have four generations in the workplace at the same time.
What would happen if we got intentional about how we all work together? Age diversity makes organizations stronger. Intergenerational learning has become a huge consideration for L&D leaders with folks from each generation asking how to deal with the other.

Learning Objectives
1. To identify differences in learning based on generational characteristics (Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y and Centennials )
2. To learn different methods to use when facilitating learning for multi-generational sessions
3. To define what empiric knowledge is and how it can be used as a source of learning
4. Identify the benefits of multi-generational workforce in learning
