WOMEN’S NINE HOLE GOLF ORGANIZATION

Welcome to the 2021 WNHGO Season. Following 2020, we are looking forward to this season although it continues to be shaped by the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the rapid distributions of vaccines, there is a glimmer of hope that life as we knew it could be within our reach especially with our golfing events. In 2020, we were able to keep our Play Days, thanks to the Golf Pros who worked with us to honor our tee times. We had fun just playing under the cloud of Covid-19, however, many have expressed a desire to return to a little competitive play. Therefore, when play begins in April, we will resume scoring and recognizing the most skilled players of the day after each play day at Arlington and Fairfax. The special events and tournaments will be hosted with some moderations to dining. The full 2021 WNHGO schedule may now be viewed on The ANCC Website Calendar. A quick glance at the March and April Events are below.

As we transition from the joys of “Winter Golf” at ANCC, the WGO-18 invites you to join us for a full schedule of enjoyable Play Days and exciting Tournaments starting 2 April through the end of October. Detailed information about membership and a 2021 “Schedule of Golf Events” is posted on WGO-18’s webpage here. For more information, please contact Membership Chair, Jan Albers, at [email protected].
