To give you confidence when booking events in these uncertain times we now offer: • Additional floor space at no extra cost because we recognise you’ll need our support with social distancing • Flexible terms to change or cancel your event because we know nothing’s certain right now • Bespoke hybrid events, with high-speed Wi-Fi available

WE’RE READY

• We’ve worked with Public Health officials to ensure our environments are safe in line with government guidelines • Our teams have been here throughout the public health crisis so our turnaround times are quick and we understand the realities of working in the new normal • Jockey Club Venues teams have all completed Covid-19 safety training and are on hand ready to guide you through the changes • Our venues have strict cleaning regimes including increased frequency of cleaning, plenty of hand sanitisers and use of appropriate PPE • Signage and stewarding are in place across our venues to support social distancing and event capacities have been adjusted

• We can offer your delegates abundant space, access to outdoor areas and private spacious breakout lounges, all with spectacular views • Our free car parks are large enough to ensure no one needs to park alongside another vehicle • Jockey Club Venues are located away from busy city centres and high population density areas but close enough to the major road networks to make driving in a breeze
