Keep the right perspective Wrapped frames make special demands on lens calculation, as the lenses take a different position in front of the eyes than conventional glasses. The lens alignment in sports frames are correspondingly angled between 15 – 25 to match the frame angle.

No more watery eyes To protect against wind in your face, UV rays, insects and small stones, we recommend that you use lenses that can adapt to changing light conditions or that are nottoo dark.

UV protection and contrast enhancement For all activities on or around water, we recommend polarising lenses, which minimise the annoying effects of stray light.

Snow sports Our recommendations *

Maximum protection in high places So that peripheral vision is not impaired at high altitudes, an appropriate filter should be chosen for a high degree of visual comfort. In fog or in low-light conditions, a bright yellow is the best solution. Due to the UV intensity in the mountains, a good UV filter (UV400) is indispensable.

Swiss Fusion Technology Sport S-Fusion lenses are manufactured using Swiss Fusion Technology, a calculation technology with redesigning of the visual zones that takes into consideration the changing demands of today's lifestyle. Based on the already established Swiss HD technology, Swiss Fusion Technology has two special features in addition:

• A further development of the Swiss HD technology with 40000 calculation points developed by Optiswiss. • Each of these calculation points has eight connectivities to its neighbours. • New, precise calculations of these eight connectivities between each of the 40000 individual points. • The result is a high-precision lens with 320000 calculated connectivities.

Adjustment recommendation • Generally, the Sport S-Fusion lenses are adjusted after remote centering.

• In the case of a natural head position and posture, as well as in the zero sight line, the optical center (center of the stamp) must lie on the centers of the pupils. (Please note that it may be useful in different sports to consciously center the glasses a bit deeper.) • Since in most sports the far distance is more important than the near distance, we recommend you to choose the addition as weak as possible.
