Sean Trauschke Chair, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber Chairman, President and CEO, OGE Energy Corp.
Sean Trauschke serves as chairman, president and CEO for OGE Energy Corp. He joined OGE Energy as vice president and chief financial officer in April 2009 and was named president, Oklahoma Gas and Electric, in July 2013. He was named president, OGE Energy, in 2014, and assumed the role of CEO on May 29, 2015, and chairman on Dec. 1, 2015. Trauschke graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Throughout his professional career, Trauschke has been active in numerous civic and community organizations and currently serves as the chair of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber. He also serves on the boards of the State Chamber of Oklahoma, Downtown OKC, United Way of Central Oklahoma, Children’s Hospital Foundation, Oklahoma Hall of Fame, Oklahoma City Museum of Art and the Myriad Gardens Foundation.

Jim Gebhart Community President, Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City
Jim Gebhart currently serves as the community president for Mercy. He has led Mercy Oklahoma City since 2009. During Jim’s tenure, Mercy has been recognized for four years as an IBM Watson Top 15 Health System in the country. Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City has been recognized as an IBM Watson 100 Top Hospital six times and an Everest Award winner in 2018. The quality care at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City has received an A grade for patient safety from the Leapfrog Group for 10 consecutive reporting periods. Mercy Hospital was the only Oklahoma City hospital to be awarded by Newsweek magazine in 2020 as a best maternity hospital nationally. Jim is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also holds a master’s degree from the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management in health care administration. Jim is also a proud alum of Leadership Oklahoma City and Leadership Oklahoma.

Dr. Kevin Lewis President, SSM Health Medical Group
Dr. Kevin L. Lewis is regional president of SSM Health Medical Group and president of SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Midwest. Dr. Lewis attended Southern Nazarene University, where he earned a bachelor’s in chemistry. He then went to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for his medical degree. Dr. Lewis completed internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa. At the University of Missouri and University of Kentucky, he completed his fellowship in critical care, pulmonary care and sleep medicine. Dr. Lewis’ affiliations include the American Association for Physician Leadership and he is a member of several medical societies including the American College of Chest Physicians, American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Lewis appears weekly on Rock 100.5 The KATT during the Rick & Brad Morning Show where he is live every Tuesday at 8:15 a.m., discussing topics in the medical news and answering questions from callers.

Dr. Richard Lofgren President & CEO, OU Health
Richard P. Lofgren, M.D., MPH, FACP, is president and chief executive officer of OU Health. He became the inaugural president and chief executive officer of OU Health in March of 2022. As president and chief executive officer of OU Health, Dr. Lofgren leads the overall health system, reporting directly to the OU Health Board of Directors. He is responsible for the strategic vision, clinical and operational direction, strategic growth, quality and safety, financial performance and ongoing integration of OU Health. Dr. Lofgren is a board-certified internal medicine physician and administrator with nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare with a particular interest in healthcare delivery redesign, operational efficiencies, performance improvement and applied health services/ quality research. Dr. Lofgren received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and completed his residency and chief residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, where he also received a master’s degree in public health.

Timothy Pehrson President and CEO, INTEGRIS Health
As president and CEO of INTEGRIS Health, Timothy Pehrson is responsible for leading Oklahoma’s largest health system, with 18 hospitals and more than 200 clinics located across the state. INTEGRIS Health employs more than 10,000 caregivers and maintains strong relationships with nearly 1,500 employed or affiliated providers. Tim joined INTEGRIS Health in 2018 after an accomplished and distinguished career at Intermountain Healthcare for more than 18 years where he served in several key executive roles. He spent his early career in various roles with United Healthcare, Health Partners Health Plan, Samaritan Health System (now Banner Health), and Henry Ford Health System. Tim graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in history and from the University of Michigan with his Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA).
