About WCN Wisconsin Christian News represents a cooper- ative effort by active Christians from all walks of life. In our pages and on our website, you will find Infor- mation, Education and Inspiration, with a majority of the articles written by members of our “WCN Fam- ily” of contributors. There is something of interest to every member of the family. We hope you are blessed and become a regular reader. WCN seeks, at all times, to publish the TRUTH, regardless of “political correctness,” standing up for America’s historical Christian heritage and urging a return to biblical, moral standards. We offer very thought-provoking commentary, inspired teach- ing, real life testimonies, world, national, state and regional news, plus advice and information from experts in their areas of business and ministry -- all in the various sections of our 48-page newspa- per. In addition to providing valuable content to the Christian community, we focus equally on reach- ing those who are lost and seeking, and those who may have been alienated from church as an institution in the past. You’ll find WCN on the racks in the lobbies of grocery stores, family restaurants, shopping centers and malls and most Christian book stores. Of course, you can also find a copy at many of our “Ministry Partner” advertisers’ business and ministry locations. This is our outreach to the mar- ketplace, and we receive many wonderful testi- monies from people who have found the Lord for the first time, or returned to Him, after many years away, after finding our newspaper in a public place. Our Doctrinal Statement • There is one God, who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. • Jesus Christ is true God and true man. He was
• The Church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit. Christ is the Head of the Body, the Church, which has been commissioned by Him to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the gospel to all na- tions. The local church is a body of believers in Christ who are joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the gospel, and observance of the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. • There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and of the unjust; for the former, a resurrection unto life; for the latter, a resurrection unto judgment. • The second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent and will be personal, visible, and pre-mil- lennial. This is the believer’s blessed hope and is a vital truth which is an incentive to holy living and faithful service. All viewpoints expressed in Wisconsin Christian News are those of the authors and do not nec- essarily represent the viewpoint of the publishers. conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died upon the cross, the just for the unjust, as a substitutionary sacrifice, and all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood. He died, was buried and arose from the dead ac- cording to the Scriptures. He is now at the right hand of the Majesty on high as our great High Priest. He will come again to establish His kingdom of right- eousness and peace. • The Holy Spirit is sent to indwell, guide, teach, empower the believer, and convince the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment. • The Old and New Testaments, inerrant as origi- nally given, were verbally inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men. They constitute the divine and only rule of Christian faith and practice. • Man was originally created in the image and like- ness of God; he fell through disobedience, incurring, thereby, both physical and spiritual death. All men are born with a sinful nature, are separated from the love of God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ. • Salvation has been made available through Jesus Christ for all men; those who repent and be- lieve in Him are born again of the Holy Spirit, receive the gift of eternal life, and become the children of God. • It is the will of God that each believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit and be sanctified wholly, being separated from sin and the world and fully dedicated to the will of God, thereby receiving power for holy living and effective service. This is both a crisis and a progressive experience wrought in the life of the believer subsequent to conversion. • Provision is made in the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ for the healing of the mor- tal body. Prayer for the sick and anointing with oil are taught in the Scriptures and are privileges for the church in the present age.

To Pray To God — Or Whoever
By Rob Pue Deuteronomy 6, the words of Moses: “ You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.” Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” And a warning from Jesus in Matthew 18, “Whoever receives one such child in My name receives Me, but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” As our modern American Church continues to descend into apostasy, we are now reaping what we have sown as we can see in the hearts and lives of our young people. Please un- derstand, I’m not talking about ALL of our young people; I know many who have been raised by Godly parents in the fear and admonition of the Lord, and their lives reflect that. But these are most definitely the minority today. For the most part, parents and churches have failed in their duty to disciple the children and protect them from the fleshly enticements of this world and the lies of the enemy of our
point — or to wake up a tired farmer on the brink of dozing off. The ser- mons were relevant and instructive. We learned how to respond to the im- portant current events of the day, bib- lically. Sunday School was taken very seri- ously. Our teachers were knowlede- gable and we learned world history from the Bible. When service time came, there was no such thing as “children’s church.” The kids sat with their parents and listened to the same teaching at the same time. We also sang sacred hymns of the Christian faith, full of biblical, theological wis- dom. The words of those hymns brought conviction — and a true REV- ERENCE for God Almighty. That’s gone now. Recently, Barna Research released a report on the beliefs of millennials. What Barna discovered is no surprise, considering the atmosphere in which these young people were raised. Barna found that half of young adults prefer socialism to capitalism. Also, for them, there’s no such thing as “ab- solute truth.” That’s been replaced by “moral relativism” as feelings and friends form their worldview. Nine out of ten young people now choose a mixture of beliefs from differ- ent religions as a form of “virtue sig- naling” trying not to appear “intolerant.” Being “born again” no longer comes from repentance and faith in Christ’s death, burial and res- urrection. Instead, they believe “born again” means being a “good person” by doing good deeds — and that’s how you earn a place in heaven. Continued on Page 7
souls. This is not a recent development. We’re now at least two generations past the time when God was truly rev- erenced in our land, in our families and in our homes. Today, God is all but forgotten in our modern American culture, and the Church, which was called to be the light of the world and the salt of the earth, has become “good for nothing, except to be thrown out and trampled under the feet of men.” (Matthew 5:13). In total ignorance of God, our Creator, we now scratch our heads and wonder why so many are afflicted with madness, blindness and mental confusion, why we are op- pressed by unjust and evil leaders. We wonder how it can be that so many people — young and old alike — are hooked on drugs, following false reli- gions, involved in sexual perversions,
addicted to pornography, confused about their very genders and commit- ting suicide. I grew up in the 1970s. That was still a relatively perverse time in our history, but for many, or even most, there was still a fear of God. We still had our consciences intact, even those who didn’t know the Lord or have the Holy Spirit within them. There was still a fear of God in the atmosphere. That’s gone now. I grew up in a con- servative, fundamental church, and I remember fiery sermons preached from the pulpit that addressed the vital moral, ethical and yes, even the political issues of the day, right out of the Bible. The pastor spoke with wisdom and authority. I remember, more than once, him pounding his fist on the podium to drive home an important

an evening chapel session to see campers sitting in the lawn outside the chapel with their counselor dis- cussing the implications of the things brought to light in that session. Many-a-time around a campfire at the end of the week, campers have shared the impression God’s Word has left on their hearts. Throughout the year, the camp staff is made aware of continuing growth in the lives of campers, volunteers, and seasonal staff. It’s no doubt that Trail Ridge Camp is a place of eternal impact!
Mid-way between the Wisconsin Dells and La Crosse lies the city of Hillsboro, the “Czech Capital of Wis- consin.” Approximately 9 miles west of town by way of Highways 33 and 82, Warner Avenue, Cherith Way, around several curves, over a hill or two, and past a few Amish buggies is the location of Trail Ridge Camp. Trail Ridge held its first summer of camping in the year 2000 reaching families and young people for Christ with the mission of serving the under-served. Great food, good preaching/teach- ing and lots of activity have all been part of the camping program at Trail Ridge Camp.
Trail Ridge isn’t just a summer camp. There’s quite a full schedule of activities each year including events like parent/child retreats, Seniors Weekends, Family Film Nights, Young Adults Retreats, Sweethearts Ban- quets and more. Opportunities abound for those interested in vol- unteering their time and talents for a day or a week at a time. Skilled and willing help is needed by vol- unteers during the weeks of summer camp in addi- tion to times like the upcoming “Work Weekend” May 5-7. There are seasonal employment positions available for young adults willing to spend the summer as Counselors or members of the Operations Team. Readers are encouraged to make Trail Ridge Camp their destination this year whether they come as campers themselves, volunteers, seasonal staff or participant in any of the other camp events through- out the year. Until then, the place to go for registra- tion and more information about Trail Ridge Camp is www.TrailRidge.org or call 608-489-3810 .
$100 (at the time of writing this article) could buy approximately: 30 gallons of gasoline OR 10 months of a movie streaming service OR a double cheese- burger every week for a year OR 36 cups of regular coffee at one of this nation’s popular caffeine dispen- saries OR 1-3 oil changes OR a 20% share in one of the newest video game consoles. These other offer- ings are not mentioned to convince the readers to consider the price they are paying for a double cheeseburger, but to recognize the value in sending a young person to a week of camp. Just $100 is the cost for a young person to enjoy Monday through Saturday camp…the fresh, clean air in southwest Wisconsin; nutritious and filling meals; qualified, loving, and caring supervision; plenty of indoor and outdoor activity; and many op- portunities for spiritual impact throughout the week by way of personal and cabin devotion times, Scrip- ture memory challenges, and twice daily chapel ses- sions. Over the years, several decisions for the Lord have been made at Trail Ridge. These decisions have been provoked after hearing a stirring chapel session or just by having a thought-provoking conversation with a camp staff member. It’s not uncommon after
Due to COVID, many struggled with finances due to layoffs, limited working opportunities, or elevated expenses for a variety of reasons. These financial burdens were considered when planning camp for 2021 when a “Buy One, Get One Free” was offered for summer youth camper registrations. This year of 2022 has brought continued opportu- nity to carry on the mission of serving the under- served. The leadership of Trail Ridge understands the challenges many young people face including the indoctrination many are subjected to in ways con- trary to Scripture. The exposure to all things un- godly in today’s culture, and the incessant barrage of misinformation spoon fed to our young people are negatively infecting today’s youth. Because of the generous and sacrificial giving of donors to this camp ministry coupled with their de- sire to get young people to camp, Trail Ridge is ex- cited to offer a week of summer camp for those in 3rd-12th grades for $100 if registered by April 30th. The only extra costs associated with camp are the campers’ transportation to and from camp as well as any snacks or souvenirs they wish to purchase at the camp store.

By Jeffrey Ludwig “But know this also, that in the last days perilous times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedi- ent to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, truce-breakers, false ac- cusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those who are good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of
in His image. He did not create a man and a sex robot. So, we now have a facsimile culture. More and more people are satisfied with the appearance, not the reality. I don’t want to provide a one size fits all “answer,” but relating through com- puter media dilutes the idea of relationship. The decline in true relationship with others is reflected in today’s morality. Today the young people have “hook-ups.” They are like fish that “get hooked.” Sixty years ago, it was considered romantic and scandalous to have a few kisses and
lieving Christians, an ever-dwindling minority. Do you see a decline or improvement in the social order? (Don’t worry: it’s a rhetorical question.) Who says America hasn’t changed during the past 50-60 years? While a little kissing and “making out” was hardly a para- digm of Christian purity and virtue even in the fifties, the moral life of that earlier decade was “pure” compared to modern vul- garity and debauchery. Today, the above words by Satchmo are considered by millions to be innocent, innocuous, infan-
tile, unsophisticated, and even silly. One can only speculate what today’s society would substitute for the word “kiss.” Do you know why? We are turning out millions upon millions of sex-crazed amoral and immoral peo- ple, people burning with lust day and night who think that nothing could be more normal. It’s called the “new nor- mal.” The post-Freudian world of psychol- ogy tells us that these sexual attitudes and feelings were repressed and thus hidden from view possibly for cen- turies but certainly in the 19th and early twentieth centuries, but they were driving us just as much or more than they are today. However, by being repressed, our society was neu- rotic. Now, we are post-Sigmund Freud and post-Abraham Maslow.
pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!” (2 Timothy 3: 1-5).
During the last 25 years, we see the rise of what I call facsimile relation- ships. Emails have replaced handwrit- ten notes and letters. Relationships are initiated through Facebook and other so-called “social” media. Just as directions when driving use Waze or Google Maps as the guiding intermedi- aries between ourselves and our desti- nations, the posted photos and cryptic sharings on the internet become the new meet and greet. The internet in- creasingly has become the “necessary intermediary.” But is this great elec- tronic meet-up room consistent with and supportive of true relationship, or does it deal with superficiality and pseudo-relatedness even more than the dating scene of the pre-computer age? We see now that there are sex robots being created, mostly in Japan, but also in New Jersey. Is using a sex robot the same as relating to and with a woman or a man (most robots are robot women)? Can you have a relationship with a sex robot? Can you have a semi-human family of robots? Would the family be called “hubots?” God created man and woman
then have romantic fantasies of a life together with the other, the one with the “special lips.” Here is a song “It’s Been A Long Long Time” from that an- cient pre-debauchery era by Louis “Satchmo” Armstrong:
Freud supposedly liberated us from sexual repression and Maslow insisted that it was a human value to “meet our needs.” Now we are liberated (thanks also, of course, to the hippie movement and the acid droppers in the ‘60s who freed us from uptight Christian-American morality). Millions are shouting “hooray” as they sink in the quicksand of debauch- ery. Hooray hooray hooray hooray…… Facsimile relationships, debauched sexuality, decline of family values and commitment, and devilish justification of various perversions are deeply based on the denial of the hy- postatic union of Christ with the Father (Christ as second per- son of the Godhead). Hypostatic union means that Christ and the Father have the same essence. But this important under- standing is rarely mentioned in churches or outside of semi- naries. Yet, the morality of Christianity in both the Old and New Testaments derives its power and authority in that it comes from Almighty God. The fact that morality comes from God and is not culture- centered and culture-originated must be stressed and stressed. What better place to stress this truth than in our churches; yet, it is stressed less and less by churches be- cause of their fear of offending the members and losing finan- cial support. Church attendance is dwindling, nonetheless. Without there being a strong sense that one is hearing from God in our churches, why attend? Also, many church-goers fear putting themselves in direct opposition to the Supreme Court’s many God-offending decisions, not the least of which is Obergefell v. Hodges (2015) which “legalized” homosexual marriage. But the prophets, John the Baptist, and Jesus called it as they saw it. When Jesus, in the synagogue, told the people that the prophecy of the Messiah was, that day, fulfilled (“set- ting the captives free”), they wanted to throw Him off a cliff. He brought them good news, but they didn’t want such good news. Marriage is between a man and a woman. It, likewise, is very good news and is biblically sanctioned by Almighty God.
Kiss me once…and kiss me twice Then kiss me once again It’s been a long, long time
Haven’t felt like this, my dear Since I can’t remember when It’s been a long, long time You’ll never know how many dreams I’ve dreamed about you Or just how empty they all seemed without you So kiss me once, then kiss me twice Then kiss me once again…. In the 1950’s there were good girls and boys and bad boys and girls. Today there are vast millions of amoral and immoral young people on the one side (oh no, they can’t be
c a l l e d “bad”), and on the other side are the uptight, the prudes, the kill joys. Most of the kill joy vari- ety are Bible be-

Wisconsin Family Connection Celebrating Marriage! Strengthening, Preserving & Promoting Marriage, Family, Life and Liberty in Wisconsin C OMMENTARY BY J ULAINE A PPLING President, Wisconsin Family Council
Marriage comes with many inherent benefits because marriage is God’s idea and as such, it is for His glory and for humankind’s good. As our Creator, God de- signed this relationship understanding the uniqueness of men and women and their unique procreative ability. Marriage, by God’s design, brings one man and one woman together in a mutual lifelong, monogamous rela- tionship, generally with the ability to create new life with- out outside help. Unfortunately, as we are well aware, God’s plan for marriage and family is under vicious and continuous at- tack. Our high court has legally redefined marriage to in- clude two persons of the same sex. Court cases almost immediately ensued after that 2015 decision to allow for multiple people and any mix of sexes. Recent surveys claim the majority of Americans don’t believe marriage and childbearing are priorities today. We know the average age of marriage has continued to rise over the last couple of decades, which inherently means couples having fewer children. And some married couples are deciding they don’t want children, whether biologically or through adoption. Wisconsin’s divorce laws are some of the worst in the country. We have no-fault, no-contest, which means no spouse has to show or prove any “cause” for a divorce and no spouse can contest a requested divorce. These laws allow marriages to be pretty easily dissolved in the event that one spouse claims “unhappiness” or “irreconcilable dif- ferences.” Divorce is hard on the man and the woman and is espe- cially hard on children, putting them at great risk for aca- demic difficulties, poor health, trouble with the law, teen
gram for newly married couples in particular. Ongoing marriage enrichment should be part of every Bible-believ- ing church. Families should talk positively about marriage, modeling before the next generation, the beauty of this earthly pic- ture of Christ’s relationship with His bride, the Church. One of the best ways for the next generation to want to marry and to have children is to see marriage done well in their own families. Wisconsin Family Council believes honoring marriages that go the distance is also appropriate and helpful. That’s why we are launching a Marriage Hall of Fame as we look for the couples in Wisconsin who have been married the longest. We want to honor these couples whose mar- riages have weathered the storms, enjoyed the good times and have gone the distance. We want to hear the stories of these couples and get their best marriage advice. Information on applying for this Hall of Fame is available at wifamilycouncil.org. Marriage is the foundational institution of every church, community, state, and nation. It is the institution that allows us to be self-governing, well-ordered, prosperous, and free. When marriage, as God designed it, is strong and vibrant, our churches, communities, states, and nation are strong and vibrant. Sharing the beauty and benefits of this unique relationship is altogether appropriate every day of every year. Online: WiFamilyCouncil.org Tel: 888-378-7395
pregnancy, drug and alcohol abuse, and much more. Beyond all this, we know cohabitation rates are rising as people decide they don’t need the commitment of marriage to live together, and in many cases to raise children to- gether. All of this and more is very real. But the important mes- sage today is that we are not doomed to have marriage put on the ash heap or garbage pile of American history and to become extinct. Christians should really be the best advocates and cham- pions for God’s plan for marriage and family. Our churches and families should show God’s goodness in giving us this institution. Every marriage should be recognized and cele- brated — new ones and long-lasting ones in particular. Churches need to provide strong premarital counseling, preferably with an inventory which is imperative for engaged couples, and should establish a marriage mentoring pro-

be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteous- ness.” If I could think of any words that most ac- curately describe most Americans today, I guess it would be “strong delu- sion.” The lies of the enemy are evident in every government policy, every health order, every politi- cally-correct diversity pro- gram, every elementary school, middle school, high school, college and graduate student class- room. To those with eyes to see, the lies of the enemy are evident in every mainstream media outlet, every television show, and every commercial and so- called “public service an- nouncement’ on TV. And the people eat it up. My wife and I were mar- ried at a small chapel many years ago. It’s very scenic and beautiful there. You walk across a covered wooden bridge over the Crystal River and come upon the Chapel in the Woods. We still go back there occasionally, to that place we were married. It’s also somewhat of a
I was surprised to learn that Barna found 28% still believe the Bible is the Word of God, though even among those 28%, almost none have ever read the Bible completely and most have not read any part of it in the last year. Two out of three millen- nials believe they’re Chris- tians, but almost none know much at all about Jesus and they certainly don’t follow His teachings. 75% actually believe all re- ligions are equal, that there are MANY paths to “God.” A high percentage identify themselves as “DON’TS” — meaning they don’t know if God exists, and they don’t care. Only 4% now hold a biblical worldview regarding God, life and morality. That’s where we’re at today. Indeed, what Barna discovered about the young people could also be said of their par- ents as well. Such is the deception we’ve fallen under and the delusion we live in every day now. It’s been said that the Church should be “a hospital for sinners, not a museum of saints.” Many church- goers would agree with that statement, but it’s en- tirely wrong, because it addresses the situation from a completely flawed starting point. The Church is SUP- POSED to be a training ground, a spiritual “boot camp” for those who have come to know the Lord. Ephesians 4:12, “...for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ, until we all attain the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God...” But today, those that attend a church are NOT being equipped for the work of ministry or the building up of the body of Christ. For the most part, our pastors today preach on how to have a better life, a better marriage, how to be joyful, how great WE art, and of course, how we should all give our tithes ONLY to the church we’re attending. Perhaps a Bible verse or two is flashed up on the projec- tor screen, but how are these soft-served “ser- mons” equipping anyone for the work of ministry? We need to be equipped, always ready to give an answer to anyone who asks for the faith that we have. Unfortunately, that’s no longer happening in most modern American churches. Christianity is
EXclusive, it is not INclu- sive. God’s love is AVAIL- ABLE to all who seek Him in repentance and faith, but we are NOT all God’s children. Indeed, until we turn to Christ, we remain children of wrath. The wrath of God ABIDES on us. We are enemies of God. — until we become His children. When was the last time you heard THAT in church? In an effort to be “seeker friendly” and “inclusive,” this essential doctrine has been deleted. One might say the “cancel culture” we’re seeing in every area of society today actually began in the Church long ago, when the Church “canceled” the preaching of fire and brimstone in favor of lollipops and rain- bow unicorns. Don’t mis- understand: God is not willing that ANY should perish, but the Bible tells us that most WILL perish, as they choose the broad road that leads to destruc- tion, rather than the nar- row gate that leads to life. Church has changed since I was a kid. Today, “Sunday School” and “Children’s Church” have become little more than play time — led by parents who are only there to babysit unruly and wild kids and make it through the hour until it’s over. There may be a Bible story or a video played — but these are no longer taught as absolute truth; they’re taught as STORIES. Where once Sunday School was taken very se- riously, and Scripture was taught as HIStory, now we have “story time,” “color a picture time” and “snack time.” When the kids are old enough to leave “Chil- dren’s Church” and join their parents for the regu- lar service, they’re given “feel good” self-help talks. “Sin” has become a four- letter word, never to be ut- tered by the pastor who cringes at the thought of appearing intolerant, lest he no longer remain well- liked and popular among the people. Today, we have churches ordaining homo- sexual pastors, flying rain- bow flags with signs stating “all are welcome.” Today we have churches that believe God evolves in His thinking and the Bible is out-dated, as our cul- ture devolves into deprav- ity, so all manner of sin and debauchery can now be accepted. “Come as you are” is the call.” Un-
fortunately, even after years upon years of at- tending weekly services, most continue to be as they always were. They’ve never learned WHY they need a Savior, they’ve never learned WHAT Christ has done that they might be saved, and they’ve never been trained and equipped for ministry outside the four walls of that place. So instead of the pastor preaching the whole coun- sel of God, shepherding his people to draw ever closer to the Savior, the Church being a gathering place for those who are soundly saved and IN the family of God, now we open the doors to any and all and require nothing of them. And instead of hav- ing the courage to call out sin and wickedness for what it is, our pastors allow the unsaved, unre- pentant and ignorant to dictate what is spoken of from the pulpit. Of course this means he can NEVER speak about current events, he can never speak about abortion, ho- mosexuality, the rampant use of pornography, alco- hol and drugs, he can never speak about the lies and propaganda of the COVID scam, the se- rious dangers of the jab, or the Globalist plans of the “Great Reset.” So people are left to fend for themselves, and as Barna discovered, they draw their world- views not from God’s Word, but from their feel- ings and their friends. But while cowardly pas- tors will be held doubly accountable for their lack of leadership, it’s not en- tirely their fault, because the church-goers actually like things just the way they are. Paul admon- ished Timothy as to what ministering to the lost should be. He said, “Preach the Word, be in- stant in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suf- fering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teach- ers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” The result is found in 2 Thessalonians 2: “There- fore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may
tourist stop, because it’s so beautiful there. The last time we were there, a small family was there too, taking in the natural beauty of the area. They had a young son with them, probably 8 or 9 years old. When he saw the Chapel, he asked his mother, “Mom, what’s that place?” His mother an- swered, “It’s a Chapel...like a church.” “What’s a church?” the young boy asked. And his mother answered, “It’s a place where people go to pray to God — or who- ever.” “To pray to God — or whoever.” This boy is probably 21 or older by now...and like so many, his eternal soul is hell- bound — UNLESS, some- how, someone somewhere managed to reach him with the actual whole Word of God. There’s no reason for us to wonder why our coun- try is in the shape it’s in today. We abandoned God.

Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil
By Dallas Henry March 2022
Anyone can be an Alton Wilhoit for the world. Christians know that “the bridge is out.” We know that people are unknowingly accelerating to their eternal deaths. And we’re in the right place at the right time with the correct truth to do something about it.
how the Bible does read. It’s not easy being a Christian in today’s spiritually blind world. It is expected that everybody will be cool with everybody else. Nobody wants to offend anyone or be thought of as narrow- minded or intolerant. People want to follow Jesus and they want their friends to know about Him, . . . but . . . whenever they start talking about the Bible and what’s right and wrong, most people call them a judgmental bigot or even worse. Some will ask; “After all who do people think they are to say what is right and what is wrong?” And so, most Christians just keep their mouths shut to get along with everyone. After all, Jesus promoted a life of peace, right? Some believers don’t understand how they can love Jesus and someone else loves Buddha and there will be no conflict. The fact is, they don’t fit in with some of their friends because they say they love Jesus — that Name just freaks some people out! It is so very important for believers to boldly stand up for Jesus Christ, no matter what the cost. Believers, especially, need to come out of the darkness of political correctness into the light where there is peace and freedom of God’s truth. Be- lievers need to move from hypocrisy to consistency, from moral cowardice to moral confidence. It is important for believers to realize that it’s not just uncomfortable to be a Christian and be friends with the world at the same time – it’s IMPOSSIBLE! We need to speak out for the Lord out of love for our friends. Jesus didn’t say He was one of many ways to get to God; He said He was the ONLY way. When it comes to being intolerant, Jesus is the leader of the pack. If we are following Him, we can- not sit on the fence. Passivity is not love. Love is speaking the truth. Scripture is straight forward, and Jesus was straight forward; and Christians must be straight forward with people using clarity about all the moral issues in life. There are two issues or subjects that the Bible is clear on that most Christians, today, are unwilling to discuss. Some pastors won’t mention these subjects because they are too controversial. They are considered “hot” topics that could bring division in the church. The subjects are: homosexuality and abortion. 2 Timothy 4:2-8, “Preach the Word, be instant in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine. For a time will be when they will not endure sound doctrine, but they will heap up teachers to themselves accord- ing to their own lusts, tickling the ear. And they will turn away their ears from the truth and will be turned to myths. “But you watch in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fully carry out your ministry. For I am already being poured out, and the time of my release is here. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith. Now there is laid up for me the crown of righteous- ness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, shall give me at that Day; and not to me only, but also to all those who love His appearing.” You’ve heard it said that people who accept everything ac- tually believe in nothing. When it comes to right and wrong, sitting on the fence won’t benefit believers anywhere. Passive- ness is not love. Love is telling people the truth. On May 26th 2002, a towboat on the Arkansas River in Okla- homa accidentally pushed a barge into a concrete bridge sup- port. The bridge was where Interstate 40 crosses the river. At the impact, a third of the bridge collapsed. The problem was that the people on the interstate could not see that the bridge was out. Fisherman below watched in horror as car after car fell off the edge, plunging 62 feet to the river. The fisherman immediately began pulling survivors out of the water. When they pulled a truck driver out of the water, he shouted, “Somebody stop the cars!” So fisherman Alton Wilhoit grabbed a flare gun from his boat and ran up to the interstate, where another semi was headed for the collapsed bridge. Wilhoit fired the flare gun at the semi, hitting it on the driver’s windshield. The driver slammed on his brakes and the wheels locked up, and the trailer came to a stop with the truck’s front wheels hanging over the edge. The driver threw it into reverse and pulled the truck back to safety, effec- tively blocking the road and warning the other drivers. Fourteen people died that day. But how many more would have died if Alton Wilhoit hadn’t done what it took to warn people who were blindly headed toward their death? A Program that’s worth your time!
Our friends, and maybe even our family, are about to go over the edge. Our whole country is about to go over the edge and they don’t even know it! They don’t see it coming but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s true. Today’s society has fooled itself into the fallacy that if they don’t hear it, see it, or speak about it, then it just doesn’t exist and all is well. The truth is this: because there is sin in the world, there is much evil in our world, even though we ignore it and even pretend it’s not there. By ignoring the sin, we are actually condoning it by doing nothing about it. “And Jesus said unto His disciples, ‘Go into all the world, teach- ing all men to live any way they want, and urge each to find his or her own path to God. Let not any one of you make someone feel inferior or guilty because of their beliefs, and above all, be tolerant. Verily, verily, I say unto you that what you believe and how you live does not matter, so long as you are sincere. And if you choose to come to the father (or mother, if you prefer) through me, that’s cool. Now go forth to live according to what- ever feels good to you.’ And there was much rejoicing!!” What Bible translation was that?! We could call it “The Gospel according to me.” You won’t find that passage in any Bible translation. But sadly, there are plenty of people alive today who live as if that’s exactly

Were There Giants in the Bible?
By Coach Dave Daubenmire March 2022
14:5) were also called giants and listed in the same chapter as the Emim. Rephaim is the most common term used to describe giants in the Bible. (e.g., Deuteronomy 3:11, 13). It may refer to a certain people group, or it may be a term that simply means giants. The singular form, raphah, also ap- pears several times (e.g., 2 Samuel 21:16, 18, 20).
I have been casually exploring the whole giant thing recently in my relentless pursuit of truth. My research led me to Steve Quayle and his wonderful website where his deep-dive into this controver- sial subject really caused me and millions of others to question whether we have been getting the full story on the giants and their relationship to the spiritual
world.
It is not a subject that many believers will mention for fear of ridicule from their peers. But “upon further review,” millions of Chris- tians are being enlightened every day about the “evil spirits in high places” and what the Bible actually teaches about these dark forces.
The word Nephilim that is translated as “giants” in Genesis 6 is the Hebrew word and many Bible versions simply transliter- ate it as such. The Nephilim were mentioned again when the spies returned from their exploratory mission of the land of Canaan. The Anakim were mentioned in several of these passages. They were perhaps the best known of the giants dwelling in the land of Canaan at the time of the Exodus. Let’s dig deeper. Here is a list of the 10 biggest giants mentioned in the Bible: • Og, the King of Bashan found in Deuteronomy 3:11. • Goliath of Gath. 1 Samuel 17:4. • Ishbibenob, a son of Goliath (2 Samuel 21:16,17). • Saph (also called Sippai) (2 Samuel 21:18; 1 Chronicles 20:6). • Lahmi (2 Samuel 21:20; 1 Chronicles 20:6). • An unusual anonymous giant. (2 Samuel 21:20). • Anak (Joshua 11:22). • Anak’s 3 sons Ahiman (See Numbers 13:22; Joshua 15:14; Judges 1:10). • Talmai and (10) Sheshai. There is so much we don’t know about the Bible and there is a great unveiling that is taking place today. Many believe the Nephilim were the mixed seed of fallen angels and human women. Because the fallen angels were not human, they were immortal and unable
My interest was particularly piqued when I saw this article pop up on my internet stream.
at the coming of the Son of Man.” What was going on in the days of Noah? Was DNA being messed with? Could the modern-day transhumanism movement be a replica of what was happening in Noah’s day?
“DISCOVERY OF BIBLICAL ‘NEPHILIM’ REMAINS OPENS QUES- TIONS OVER GIANTS’ ROLES IN END OF DAYS.”
“Giants discovered in China,” I said to myself. What the heck is that all about? So, I took the bait and clicked. It seems that over 5000 skeletons of giants had been unearthed in China. Of course, who can believe the Chinese…but it prompted me to do a bit more digging. My friends Steve Quayle and LA Marzulli would be proud of me. My internet sleuthing led me to a reputable source — Answers in Genesis — where I found a fascinating article on “Giants in the Bible.” Like many of you, I had heard of Goliath, and I was told that he had four brothers, but I had no idea how prevalent the mention of giants was in the Scriptures. Allow me to summarize for you the great research done by the folks at AIG and researcher Tim Chafey. The following references are from Chafey’s work. Giants are mentioned in the Bible first in Genesis 6. “There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.”
Never forget, the battle is between the “SEED of the serpent and the SEED of the woman.”
Are we seeing a replay of the Days of Noah? Are the devil’s dis- ciples messing with the seed (DNA) of the woman once again?
Check out Steve Quayle’s work. https://www.gen6giants.com/. We are warned in the Scriptures that “my people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.” Sometimes it is not what you know that mat- ters…it is what you don’t know.
Did you know that giants are mentioned all throughout the Bible? Why not? Does it matter?

to die. Hence, they became “dis- embodied spirits” which today roam the invisible spiritual realm looking for a body to occupy. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against prin- cipalities and powers; evil spirits in high places.” Could those disembodied spir- its be the demons that so many struggle against today?
They were given names…almost like tribes or kinds…Nephilim, Anakim, Rephaim, Amorites, Emim, and Zuzim.
The Amorites are mentioned more than 80 times in Scripture, and early on, some were allied with Abraham (Genesis 14:13).
The Emim had dwelt there in times past, a people as great and numerous and tall as the Anakim. They were also regarded as gi- ants [Hebrew rephaim], like the Anakim, but the Moabites call them Emim (Deuteronomy 2:10–11).
The Bible tells us that “as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be
