Damon Britton Executive Director, Diversion Hub

Damon Britton has spent his career working with and advocating for marginalized populations. Prior to joining the Diversion Hub, Damon worked for Catholic Charities as the senior director of social services, overseeing the family support services, homeless services, disaster services and refugee resettlement departments. He holds a master’s degree in international social development from the University of New South Wales and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma Christian University. Jaime Patterson Director of Diversion Services, TEEM - The Education & Employment Ministry Jaime Patterson supervises both the Pre-Trial Release Initiative and the Oklahoma County Community Sentencing programs at TEEM. She has master’s degrees in social work and criminology & criminal justice and is a licensed master social worker. Prior to working for TEEM, she worked in various aspects of the juvenile and criminal justice fields in Georgia, Florida and New Mexico. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families impacted by the legal system as they work to build successful lives and futures. The Honorable Kenneth M. Stoner District Judge, Oklahoma County District Judge Kenneth Stoner oversees Oklahoma County’s drug and DUI Courts. He was appointed to the position of District Judge by the Governor in 2018. He began his legal career over 20 years ago in the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office serving as a felony prosecutor. He later went into private practice focusing on corporate, entertainment and criminal law. Stoner earned his juris doctorate from the OU College of Law. He is the co-founder of the innovation & idea conference, TEDxOKC and TEDxOU. Timothy Tardibono Executive Director, Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council Timothy Tardibono was selected as the executive director of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council in February 2018. Prior to his current role, Tardibono was the founder of the Family Policy Institute of Oklahoma. He also served five years as legal counsel to U.S. Senator Tom Coburn, four years as assistant general counsel at the Oklahoma State Department of Health and five years as a policy analyst for Oklahoma’s Secretary of Health and Human Services. In April 2019, Senate President Pro Tempore Greg Treat appointed Tardibono to serve on the board for the Office of Juvenile Affairs.
