Goals for 2022 As we enter into a new year, it is important to set goals both personally and professionally. We suggest that you set S.M.A.R.T. goals for yourself. These goals are specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic, and time-bound. Our updated Daily Planner is a great tool to track these goals. This strategy is beneficial as it creates clear objectives, motivates you, and evaluates your strengths and weaknesses while working towards a goal.

Michell Cabrera ! Michell Cabrera has been with TBG for two and a half years. She joined TBG with no recruiting experience, but instead with a huge ambition for learning. Michell is hard-working and motivated. Michell’s favorite thing about TBG is the people. She credits her success to her supervisors. She is thankful for all of the knowledge that she has gained.

Her biggest motivator is her eagerness to improve herself and be better than yesterday.

Outside of work, she is passionate about helping others and traveling. She loves visiting new places and spending time with her loved ones.

Victoria Whittaker Director

Victoria Whittaker is a Director at Jackson Lucas where she is focusing her efforts on the Real Estate team, as well as our Diversity and Inclusion work. Victoria has spent her career working across nonprofit, education, and business sectors. Most recently she has worked in affordable housing, as a Program Director at Low Income Investment Fund and Director of Resident Services and Director of People at Lincoln Avenue Capital. She started her career teaching

preschool on the far south-side of Chicago and then spent several years leading program and coaching teams across US school districts for Teach for America. After Business school, she focused ​her efforts on building teams, developing the people and culture function at organizations, and coaching and consulting executives. She has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University in Psychology (where she played rugby and tore both her ACL's) and received her MBA from Berkeley Haas in 2018. Victoria enjoys all things Bravo reality tv, whiskey and wine, traveling anywhere and everywhere, and her goldendoodle puppy Leo.

COO Eric Moskowitz appeared on PIX11 news to discuss the job market and employment trends in New York. We are so proud of him!
