Jason Cotton Director of Program Management, ADG

Jason Cotton serves as director of program management, leading his team of program managers for large, complex and specialty projects. He is a resource for technical, communication and managerial issues owners may face, including public outreach and awareness. With a background in civil engineering, Jason provided services to multi-disciplinary design teams for over 20 years. The First Americans Museum, the University of Oklahoma Memorial Stadium expansion and the Myriad Gardens renovation are a few notable projects in his career. Since 2018, Jason has provided leadership, oversight and technical support for various high-profile public programs including MAPS 3, Oklahoma City Public Schools Pathway to Greatness, Norman FORWARD, the 2018 Midwest City Moving Forward Bond Issue and the Cleveland County Complex Improvement Program. Jason has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Teresa Rose, JD Chairperson, MAPS 4 Citizens Advisory Board Teresa Rose is executive director of the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma, a nonprofit that helps philanthropic organizations and donors make meaningful contributions to important causes. Rose also serves on the MAPS 3 Citizens Advisory Board’s Scissortail Park Subcommittee, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber executive committee, Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation board, Oklahoma City Civic Center Foundation board, SSM Health Oklahoma advisory board, Oklahoma Hall of Fame board, BancFirst community board and i2E board. Rose’s previous professional experience includes leadership positions at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, Chesapeake Energy Corp., The Center for Education Law, Oklahoma City University’s Performing Arts Academy and the Oklahoma State Department of Education. She was also a founding member of the Palomar OKC Family Justice Center, founding board chair of ReMerge and chair of the OKC Schools Compact. She has Bachelor of Science degrees in English and education from Oklahoma City University and a Juris Doctorate from OCU’s School of Law.
