Why Staff Engagement Matters.

Infoview is committed to building a workplace environment that brings out the best in all our team members. Where employees feel safe, empowered and engaged when they turn up for work, they feel better, perform better, and are more inclined to stay at a company for the long term. That’s why Infoview have implemented several programs to improve and maintain the emotional and physical wellbeing of our team members, while driving meaningful interpersonal connections between them in the process. This culture of positivity forms the foundation for the high performing team at Infoview today.

In addition to annual leave arrangements, every full-time team member annually receives: • 1 day of Birthday Leave • 1 day of ‘Tenure Leave’ for every year worked after their 3 rd year at Infoview (capped at 3 days) Leave Flexibility is a crucial factor in driving our high performing team. As such, all team members have access to flexible working arrangements, allowing them to work: • Longer or shorter hours as required • Alternative hours • Remotely on a needs or regular basis Flexible Work

Engagement Policy.

Around the Office

Every day, team members get the chance to connect, keep active and ‘bust’ stress in the form of: • 10-15 min group workouts, typically involving either the upper body or pilates • Ping Pong matches (and tournaments) The team also recognises, celebrates and supports various social-justice initiatives throughout the year, including: • International Women’s and Men’s Day • RUOK Day • White Ribbon Day • Breast and prostate cancer research Infoview’s Employee Social Club also receives support from Management, with time off taken for events.

Study and Personal Development.

• Throughout the year, members of the lead team may be given the opportunity to develop their communication, management, and leadership skills through private coaching sessions with external experts.

• Study leave and financial assistance of up to $2,000 is available for all full-time team members looking to undergo intensive professional development courses.

• Team members, on request, may receive sponsorship for memberships to enter into professional networks, and align themselves with ‘like-minded’ individuals

• Team members have the opportunity to attend paid-for professional development seminars locally or interstate at the discretion of management. • Online Women in Technology (WiT) seminars are available to all team members. • All staff are eligible to receive Tertiary study assistance of up to $5,000, with additional study leave also available.

Adjusting to life after COVID-19.

As we adjust to life after the brunt of the coronavirus pandemic, Infoview has introduced several initiatives – prompted by our experience of the pandemic – which are aimed at helping our employees remain happy, healthy, and thriving. Specifically, further attention has been giving to maintain mental welfare. the ever-changing work environment caused by COVID-19, a number of additional initiatives have been implemented for the team’s benefit. While initially centering around delivering high- intensity team support, the pandemic’s continued impact has diverted focus towards maintaining strong emotional and physical wellbeing - particularity while working remotely.

As such, all team members are encouraged to: Use links to meditation and mindfulness apps made available to them Make use of ‘walking meetings’ (when the content of the meeting enables) Additionally, as we understand some individuals prefer to exercise during the day, team members may schedule 45 minutes of exercise time into their day, provided: The time does not clash with prior work commitments The time is made up by either starting work earlier, or finishing later
